Claire was the head coordinator of our wedding and she was an absolute rock star! Supportive, thoughtful, professional, and extremely communicative throughout the whole planning process. She helped us plan every detail, some stuff I wouldn’t have even thought about without her! Day of, it was an absolute dream without any issues (and if there were, she handled it without us knowing; she’s that good!) 10/10, cannot recommend her more. Would give more stars if I could.

From the day we had our first tour on a freezing cold January morning, to driving us around in the golf cart on our big day, Claire was the best. She knew the in's and out's of the timeline and the best way to structure the ceremony and reception. Claire was our go to person when we got married at Ardenwood Historic Farm. She was amazing during the entire planning process and day of. She was communicative, understanding, and extremely organized. Everything you need during a stressful time. I could not recommend her more! Before I was married I was warned by lots of people that something always “goes wrong” on your wedding day. But I have to say, with Claire’s purposeful planning and support, my wedding had zero hiccups and went exactly as we had planned. Claire is literally amazing. She is so receptive and warm, and will answer your questions whenever they come up (rather than charging you an extra fee or saying you can only talk to her day of or month of, for example). We heard about her after people were raving on reddit and honestly couldn’t have found a nicer and wiser wedding planner. She really knows her stuff! Plus her rate is totally reasonable, and one of the most affordable we spoke with for San Francisco!

Claire is the person you NEED to hire for your weddings and events! She is one of the best coordinators I have ever worked with, and I've worked with a lot of them. As a wedding photographer, I rely on the coordinators to make sure the clients' plans are executed to perfection, and Claire personifies that perfection. Her attention to detail is unparalleled, as is her calmness when things go awry. Claire is on top of every detail, and she will make sure your day goes even better than you envisioned. Claire is beyond wonderful at what she does - you can tell she truly puts you (and your event) first. From the first time I met Claire, she wholly listened to ALL my requests/wants and asked clarifying questions to make sure she could also picture what I was picturing in my head. She’s phenomenal at communicating and answering emails (which is a HUGE perk when you’re planning a wedding haha), and she also knows how to uphold those non-negotiable boundaries when they’re needed (i.e. no one seeing the bride before the ceremony, making sure the bride & groom have a private moment or two after the ceremony, etc.). I’d get married all over again if it meant working with Claire! She’s one of the best in the business.
