This is not a 5 star hotel, but if you want to cook your own meals, going here could be an excellent choice. There is a full refrigerator, 2 burners and a microwave. Dishes, pots and pans are provided. Bring your own mug or drink from a plastic glass. The room was clean and well temperature controlled. The bed was comfortable. Pets are welcome and no one's pet bothered us. There were a couple of issues with the TV and the internet, but the staff did what they could to help us with any issues that we had. Free breakfast is a muffin, oatmeal, a snack bar, coffee and tea. Nothing is gluten free. If you don't have unrealistic expectations, this hotel can be a great choice for a reasonable price. The staff will do what they can to help. We would certainly come here again.

Positive: What I liked best about the hotel was getting in my car and leaving Negative: Everything. The room smelled of urine; there was no shampoo/conditioner/shower gel; the heater/AC unit was old, loud & cycled on/off every 5-10 minutes making if virtually impossible to sleep. I would never stay there again & would not recommend

Clean and cute hotel but had the following problems:
1) They charge for pets each night but wont clean the room till seven days.
2) If you need a hair dryer, you need to go ask for one and check one out from the front desk.
3) If you would like a spoon or fork in your kitchen, you need to go ask for one from the front desk. Same thing if you would like a plate.

Would not recommend at all. First let me begin with the woman working at nite who checked us in was super friendly, she is the reason for 3 stars. The rest of the staff even the manager( took him 5 days to respond to my email, after 6 attempted calls), were not friendly nor helpful. The room was nice to begin with, as I looked around more it was not cleaned well at all. The whole 3rd floor smelled so bad I had to go buy febreeze. The noise all nite was ridiculous and then came time to shower and leave at 6 am. NO HOT WATER, Luke warm only. Water pooled in the tub and sink, wouldn't drain. Lastly the "breakfast offered" what a joke. Coffee, tea, crappy pastries. For $140 a nite, This place should be advertised as a small step up from a motel 6.

Horrific Stay - Bedbugs and Health Issues!

I had the most horrific experience at Extended Stay America during my recent stay. My roommate and I had booked a week-long stay for what we hoped would be a relaxing getaway, but it turned into an absolute nightmare.

Upon entering our room, everything seemed relatively normal. However, on the second night, I started to feel itchy. Initially, I brushed it off, thinking it was just a mosquito bite or two. But by the third night, the itching had intensified, and I noticed small, red, itchy welts all over my arms and legs. My roommate experienced the same symptoms.

We decided to strip the bedsheets and thoroughly inspect the room. To our horror, we found tiny, crawling insects and bloodstains on the mattress seams—clear signs of bedbugs. Disgusted and panicked, we immediately reported the issue to the front desk. The staff seemed unconcerned and offered to move us to another room. Reluctantly, we accepted, hoping it was an isolated incident.

Unfortunately, the new room was no better. The following night, we continued to find more bites, and our rashes worsened. We were both losing sleep and becoming increasingly distressed. We realized we needed medical attention as the rashes were now severe, covering large portions of our bodies.

We visited a local doctor, who confirmed that the bites were indeed from bedbugs. We were prescribed medication to alleviate the itching and inflammation, but the mental toll was just as severe. We spent the rest of our trip dealing with the discomfort and anxiety of potential bedbug infestations.

Upon returning to the hotel and demanding a refund, the management was dismissive and unhelpful. They refused to acknowledge the severity of the situation or offer any compensation for our medical expenses or the inconvenience we endured.

This experience was not only physically painful but also incredibly stressful. We had to take extra precautions upon returning home to ensure we didn't bring any bedbugs with us, adding further frustration and worry.

I strongly advise against staying at this Extended Stay America North. The management's lack of concern for guest health and safety, combined with the evident bedbug infestation, makes this place a health hazard. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different hotel. This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life.

No ICE machine on property. Only ice trays in room fridge. Trash room door wide open for days. So much spray devices in the hallway. It's all Chemical warfare upstairs.
Beds from a soviet goolahg. Sleep in the middle to not feel as if falling out.

I hope the housing authority is not paying a lot for all the folks living there.

Great property, highly recommended!! Rooms are always clean and neat, with the added bonus of in room kitchen!

Check-in process is very quick and easy.

Staff is very friendly - always professional and they provide a much higher level of customer care than you would expect for such reasonably priced accommodations.

If you've stayed at this property for any significant length of time, then you will find that the serene and tranquil ambience is due largely impart to the continual efforts of this property's general manager. I really admire Adrian's management style and am inspired by how well he treats both his guests and the staff that is employed here. Adrian is very present and available to address any concerns you may have during your stay which provides a great foundation to help ensure this property runs smoothly. When I think about other properties in the area that I have stayed in over the years, it makes me appreciate the efforts that the staff make everyday to make me feel at home.
