We went on a wine tour for my cousins wedding, it was a nice experience.
When I called the office the reservation process was a breeze.
The VIP Van for our group of 9 was clean and had a Bluetooth connection for us to put our music.
Driver was happy to pick up our lunch while we were at the first winery.

Andrew was great and got all of our guests from a to b with no issues and everyone was every happy with the ride. Everything was professional and timely.

They are a bit hard to get hold off, but it seems like that’s an area they are working to improve.

I rented a bus this past Saturday for a group wine tour with my friends. I am getting married in August and I thought it would be nice to get the wedding party together. The communication was great. When I went to their office they were very easy to deal with and they showed me their fleet, I was impressed that everything was new. Day of we had a great time and driver was very pro.

My family and I had a great time touring San Francisco. The driver recommended wonderful spots around the city. We took an awesome wine tour the next day in a beautiful limousine. The driver, Josue, was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Excellent service and nice, clean, and classy vehicles. I reserved a party bus two months in advance. The bus never showed up. Andrew called me long after the bus should have been there to ask me if the bus had arrived. Andrew then told me that the bus is still in the lot and no one could get in contact with the driver. A few minutes later he said that the driver had an emergency and that he would try and find another driver. The bus driver contacted me to tell me that Andrew lied and that he did not have an emergency and the bus had been vandalized. I called the company a few times to find out what was happening and they stopped answering my phone calls. I never even received a call back from Andrew letting me know that they couldn't find a driver and that my trip had to be cancelled. We were left there a large group ready to celebrate a birthday party until we eventually had to cancel our original plans out of town. It has been a couple of days and I have still not received a phone call from the company nor will they answer any of my calls. I advise to never use this company they will end up ruining your entire trip without even an apology.

We had amazing service. We visit often from Los Angeles. We use car companies for airport trips and wine tasting often. After a less then stellar experience with another company we hired executive charters for a pick up at Santa Rosa airport friday and a wine tasting day saturday. Sunday was my friends wedding day and to my surprise he had hired them as well for the shuttling of wedding guests. Over all they seem to be a very established and quality company. I will call them again when we are up here.

We Rented a 40 passenger bus from Executive Charters for a company Event this past Saturday. It was the second time using them. Booking was fast and easy, no complication like other places have made my assistant go through in the past. Driver was uniformed, professional. The bus was brand new smelled new....still had plastic on the stereo. The fact it had a bathroom was great. The first time I used them was with my son's prom in a limousine. Also it was a brand new vehicle. This is the only company I would recommend. Thanks guys!
