It was a crazy windy (bumpy) day and I refrained from screaming since no one else was so as not to disturb the very kind pilot who allowed my son the experience of a lifetime: sitting in the jumpseat! It was my first time on a small plane too and I am a bit afraid of flying but he took good care of us and it was actually quite thrilling and beautiful.

Great company to deal with, they are very friendly and nice people. We flew from Juneau to Skagway on a cessna caravan with the texas turbine conversion and it was the highlight of the trip. The flight was way shorter than any of the ferry services in the area and extremely reasonably priced. We flew with clear sky's and had some of the most beautiful views of the Alaskan fjords.

Late flights, fares more expensive than flying Juneau/Seattle, and the staff dont care about passengers. This is a cargo airline. Every single flight I have taken or picked people up, they will not give passengers their luggage until every piece of mail, cargo, Amazon, and bags are off. You'd think for an airline thats now charging $249 one way from Juneau, that paying customers would be sent on their way with their bags. Plan on waiting 15 to 25 minutes *after* landing to get bags.
