At the end of September 2023, my friend and I from Israel joined a group from America. It turned out to be a very friendly and fun-loving Indian group! The atmosphere throughout the trip was welcoming, and the entire staff was especially helpful. All questions were discussed, and the wishes of both our group and the rest were taken into account. It was particularly pleasant when the staff genuinely cared about our well-being, inviting us individually to breakfasts and dinners. During long journeys, they provided hot meals and even fruits, which was especially important as it allowed us to spend only 30-40 minutes on lunch and saved us time. The accommodations were excellent wherever possible. Sagar and his assistants did a fantastic job organizing all the stages of this complex journey. I gratefully remember all the staff members - a wonderful team.

Me and my wife, along with my high school friend and his wife, recently had the pleasure of experiencing a trip to Kailash organized by this team, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. From the moment we began our journey, every detail was meticulously planned and executed, making for a truly memorable experience.

Our trip started with two days of a local tour in Kathmandu, which was a perfect introduction to the rich culture and heritage of the region. This was followed by a beautiful and spiritual Pashupatinath Temple puja, setting the tone for the spiritual journey ahead. We also had the privilege of performing a puja at Mansarovar before we began our journey to Kailash, which was a deeply moving experience.

The food provided throughout the trip was excellent, with a variety of delicious meals that catered to all dietary preferences. It was clear that a lot of thought went into ensuring that everyone was well-nourished and satisfied.

The arrangements were top-notch, with every aspect of the journey, from transportation to accommodation, handled seamlessly. This allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the spiritual and scenic beauty of Kailash without any worries.

What really stood out, though, was the friendly and attentive staff. They were always there to assist with a smile, making us feel comfortable and cared for throughout the trip. Their local knowledge and passion for the region added a special touch to the experience.

Absolutely amazing 13 days trip to Annapurna Base Camp! The Glacier team was fully prepared and got me and others on boarded with proper care, got us equipped with all the necessary supplies and they were experienced enough to know the ins and outs of different places.
What I liked the most was, although they had their set schedule regarding when and where to stop, they were willing to cater to individuals’ needs from the team. An older lady wasn’t up to the pace so one of the staff stayed back with her and ascended slowly, at the end of the day we met again as we all stopped at the same station for the night. These guys know what they’re doing, absolutely recommend!

I just came back from the Everest Base Camp Trek as a solo traveler. Started from Kathmandu on October 8 and returned to Kathmandu on October 16. What a memorable trip - Adventure of a Lifetime. Himalayan Glacier could not have done any better. Interactions with Reezu related to booking and other arrangements were easy. She was with me every step of the way. Also met Rajendra, the office manager in Thamil and had great discussions with him both in office and at dinner at Kathmandu Grill. What can i say about Shankar my guide. I probably have made a life long friend. He was with me every step of the way. I am struggling for words to describe how good he was. Suffice to say that he went beyond the call of duty at every step. Met many other guides and porters and they were all extremely helpful. That is a hall mark of a well run establishment.
My adventure itself was as memorable as my interaction with the company folks. I stayed overnight at the basecamp and i was there alone with Shankar and another gentleman who took care of dinner/breakfast. I am 71 years old and undertook the adventure like a pro. Did it just like a young person and at the same pace as them. I talked to several companies about the overnight stay at the base camp and Himalayan Glacier was the only one who obliged. In my humble opinion, if you want to do something special and maybe something out of the way, Himalayan Adventures is the way to go. Extremely happy and satisfied. Thank you, Shankar, Rajendra and Reezu for memories of a lifetime.
