Our first stop here, on the Discovery Princess Alaska cruise. It had rained since the ship started sailing. What a lucky day, the rain broke, a window enough to have a Juneau walk tour. We had Alaskan red king crab at the Tracy crab Shack, a social media overhyped place serving pricey frozen crabs. The town is pretty with noticeable harsh weather marks. We enjoyed the walk.

Had an awesome time with this cruise line. Everything was exceptional and especially with my dining experiences. The staff was very friendly and attentive to helping my group with boarding and exiting the ship during port stops, as a few of my family members used a mobility walkers and needed a wheelchairs to assist them to the check in/out points.

Cruised Alaska. Had a great time. The crew on the ship was friendly and helpful. There is a lot to do on board and the excursions were fun. If you never cruised, try it. It's a great way to see new places. You take your hotel with you and don't need to worry about transportation between different cities.

Quite disappointed on my second cruise with them. It was a holiday cruise and celebrating a major event.

There were lines on everything and no seats on the shows. They can’t seem to handle crowd control.

The buffet was small and same almost everyday. It was hard on a 16 days cruise to Hawaii. Also for a hawaii cruise there was hardly any hawaii food other than pineapple

Absolutely fantastic! I've had such an awesome experience traveling with princess cruises. The staff is great, and the food was amazing. Their ships are beautiful. By far the best of the best. Highly recommend taking your next cruise with Princess.

I had my own skepticism about cruises but I really enjoyed this cruise. Princess cruise really works hard to keep everything flowing and a great experience. There is something to do all over the ship at any time of the day. Pay attention to the itenery they give you daily on your bed. All the staff are pleasant and mostly helpful. The only complaint we had was with the customer service desk. They must deal with a lot of cranky people all day because not all of them are customer service oriented. Dealing with people all day myself I understand but you have to be able to put issues aside and remember each day is a new day. If the customers seem like they may be trying to scam or con you try to look from their perspective. Everyone on the ship is trying to sell you on something. Smiles, patience and understanding go a long way.

"Princess" NO MORE!!!
We did 2 weeks with Sun Princess, the newest ship and the worst experience ever! We came for their zipline and it's not open, there's no public notice or even offer partial refund. Entertainment and restaurants spaces are small and limited, 2 main pools are not even 1/4 of the deck, so when this ship carries 4600 guests on sea day, it's chaos and line up for EVERYTHING! Almost all restaurants are special dining which cost extra, we did crown grill, catch and tenpanyaki, spellbound is absolutely waste of money, $149/p and the guy is doing exactly same magic from the production magic show( different magicigent but funnier and FREE). The buffet was horrible, The sit down menu was different every day but served the same thing after one week. Only Catch (sea food) tastes good and recommend. We had a deluxe balcony, WC is only a little bit bigger than the size of WC on the airplane. We were on deck 14 but felt vibration and shaking every night when sleep. Only thing I like is the big flat tv screen. The entire design is weird and it took me one and half weeks to figure out where and how to get to. Their high tech elevators are beautiful but not impressed as you wait FOREVER especially coming back from excursions. However, kudo to all hospitality stuff, their services are phonomal except guest services, they are somewhat rude and not helpful. Watch out your billing statement as they will put charges on your child instead.

In conclusion, It's far beyond disappointing that we spent triple the money but enjoyed less or 0 value.

Thank you Sun Princess, we definitely do not recommend and will never cruise with you again!
