Not sure where my other review went, but here’s another try.

Jenny helped us fulfill a lifelong dream of visiting the Panama Canal. The hotel rooms were comfortable and the staff were attentive but not hovering. The special touches Jenny included made this the trip of a lifetime.

Everything and everyone was pretty darned perfect.

Brian is awesome! I was looking to spend my birthday in South Africa with 8 other friends and Brian took the worry out of the planning. Even with some of the customizing that I needed to do for the trip Brian was able to accommodate and work around. Brian was always responsive and answered every question that I had. I gave him an idea of what I wanted for my trip and he did the rest. All I had to do was show up and enjoy the trip. I will definitely work with Brian for all my future trips.

Brian has been our travel agent for the past few years and we have been so happy we found him. He helped us plan our first trip to Europe and suggested the options that best fit our family. He has extensive knowledge of the best places to visit and also works with your budget. We recently asked him to help us find the best place to vacation in Cancun and what he recommended exceeded our expectations. We are already thinking about our next trip and will definitely contact him to get that set up for us. Also, if you have questions or need to make changes, you are able to contact him easily and get a timely response.

Jenny recently helped plan an amazing trip to an all-inclusive resort in Mexico to celebrate an 80th birthday. She did a wonderful job accommodating the varied needs of our multigenerational group and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She took care of all the details so that we could just relax and enjoy! Thankful to have her support in making this milestone celebration extra special and will definitely use her again for future travel plans!

Booking our trip through Ashby Tours and Adventures was a great experience! We were planning to travel to London and Ireland, but had no idea what was worth checking out and the best way to do it. Jenny at Ashby was wonderful to work with and asked great questions to better understand what we were hoping to accomplish during our trip. In London, she set us up with plenty of recommendations on places to visit and booked us one of the most educational beer tours we’ve ever been on. In Ireland, she booked us an excellent whiskey tasting as well as two day long bus tours to different parts of the country. The bus tours were all day affairs, but our guides on both days were knowledgeable and humorous, which helped to make it a great experience. The guide on one of our tours was legitimately one of the funniest people I’ve ever met. Overall we had a fantastic vacation and there’s no way we could have accomplished that without the help of Jenny and Ashby Tours and Adventures!
