Michael is our go to guy for all travel! He always gets the best deals and puts together amazing itineraries for our trips, from a small weekend get away to a 2 week tour. If we need to make changes, or adjustments, he's always available to help us. I wasn't sure of the benefit of using a travel agent, given that are are travel websites everywhere, but having a human to help you is a real life saver. Michael helped me book a last minute trip to NYC. He was able to book us an amazing room for a better price than advertised on Expedia, in a better room with lots of perks we wouldn't have received if we booked online.
