Overall it was a good experience, 100% Recommend doing it. The E bikes were absolutely necessary to do An individual island tour, which It's just such a good way to see The Avalon area! Unfortunately the brakes turned out to be bad on one bike so we had to swap it out, and that one had a seat issue, so we had to swap that again. And when we dropped the bikes off, the store was closed, But I just called and they said just leave it in front of the door and It seems all is good.

Easy online booking and great service! My girlfriend and I had an amazing time in Catalina & these bikes were the main factor in getting us to our desired locations. There was some trouble with my name on the booking, but it was all good considering how easy to use the bikes were and the amazing father & son I was able to meet. They were the cherry on top of an amazing trip and I am more than willing to come again, and again, and again! My girlfriend and I only had the bikes for four hours & we were able to accomplish more than most people in three days there. I recommend this place to all travelers and thank you to the wonderful family for adding onto incredible experience in Catalina!

Super friendly staff , they really saved our day trip, because of a little morning rain most rental businesses closed for the day and our bookings were canceled without notice. These fellas were the only ones open that day and rented us a couple bikes right away, had a ton of fun exploring around and seeing the sights.

Had a great city tour of Avalon with Martín. Weather was nice and the electric bikes were easy to ride and in good condition. Martín took extra time to help my mom who was learning how to ride the bike. He gave us interesting information about the different sights around the town. Definitely recommend the city tour!

Rented bikes for 4. First, one bike was given on almost dead battery, so had to turn around after traveling to replace the bike. Then another bike would constantly show 25-40+ mph on the screen while going at 4.7 mph and then would short circuit and stop working so that had to be manually pedaled for the remainder of the trip. A third bike, one of my friends pressed the break and as soon as she stopped, the bike accelerated randomly and almost took her to the edge of a cliff but she managed to fall and stop, this acceleration happened TWICE and once to the 4th bike as well. Completely unacceptable considering the total cost was $120 for a single hour, with all the issues we couldn’t even go halfway up the scenic route.

A SCAM. They have no stating of a cancelation policy anywhere on their website. I booked for 7 and within 10 minutes we arrived for our reservation, and 3 of the people with us did not like the condition of the bikes and wanted to cancel. Our first set of 4 bikes had 2 malfunction, and needed to return for 2 different half way into reservation because one would not stay on, and another the the brakes failed. Yes....the brakes failed. Regardless, we did not give the business a hard time, and were happy with our reservation. The website states, "please call for reservation reschedule and cancelation 'FOR ANY REASON'" As picture attached. There is nowhere, and I mean no where, on the website or anywhere else that states it's a 24 hour cancelation policy. The owner has officially refused to refund for the 3 reservations, a total of $180 in reservation cost, and has HUNG UP THE PHONE on me 3 separate times to try and get a refund. Will be reporting to fraud, feel like a Karen but wow. Brutal business and brutal product.

Edit: After calling and asking where it states on their website they have a 24 hour policy, and being hung up on 3 times, they've added "21 hours ago" a 24 hrs cancelation to their website ?

Also, if you think they "lost out on profit because our reservation", as the owner replied, this is what I told them in response to "not losing any profit in the 10 minutes we had an extra 3 bikes reserved while on our way."

Super friendly staff & great, quality bikes. Our ferry arrived at 4:30pm as we booked the day before, but luckily this place was open & they were the best! We booked the reservation online and the process was very easy.
