This was the BEST snowmobile tour we have been on. Troy and Jerry were fantastic tour guides. They where safety first they went over the snowmobiles to make sure everyone in our group was comfortable with the machines. There were 4 people in our group and we had a FANTASTIC time we did the half day tour and we saw the most amazing back country. Both Troy and Jerry were very informative of our surroundings and the area we were in; they customize the tours to the people which is really refreshing and allowed for a more enjoyable experience.

The tour is unlike any I've been on before, with the views stunning and the tour leaders hilarious. I couldn't take enough pictures as we swept across a glistening snowy landscape. The tour leaders are really good at adapting to their group and can go as fast or slow as you need.

Awesome Ski Doo machines and a great staff. We spent two hours and covered 24 miles of amazing backcountry. Troy and the team were excellent and made it a spectacular afternoon. I’d highly recommend this operator if you are looking for a great snowmobiling experience.

We had a blast! My husband and I came with our friends and booked 2 of the double snowmobiles. Our guide Troy was awesome! If you've never tried it before, you're missing out, and you've got to try them. They were very accommodating, understanding, and very helpful in getting us comfortable with the snow mobiles, and then taking us on an awesome trip. I definitely recommend at least doing the half day trip, as I cannot see anything less not leaving you wanting a ton more time to play. We're not skieers, or snow boarders and were worried about what kind of gear to buy/bring. They supplied the snow pants with bibs, the helmets, and snow boots. Definitely bring some snow gloves, and a snow jacket that you can zip up. If you're not much for the cold (like me), I brought a full face ski mask- be sure it's not too thick or it won't fit under your helmet. And something to keep your neck warm if your mask doesn't cover your neck. Maybe water proof socks, as even with good snow boots my toes were frozen and a bit wet. Layers are a must. I had about 3-4 layers and I was still cold. Mind you, it did snow pretty hard during our trip so it may not be so bad otherwise. They were honestly AWESOME here, thinking this may be our annual "Valentine's" trip. Such a blast!

Troy and his team at Cumbres Adventure Tours were amazing! We took a couple of Ski Doos out for a half day tour of the mountains in some great snow and had an awesome time. We couldn’t recommend them more for anyone looking for an outdoor adventure in the area!
