Karen was such a great help to me . She conducted herself so very professionally, and truly took an interest in addressing my concerns. I have been so pleased with AMFAM over the past several years, but the last renewal rate was outrageous and unaffordable. Karen did what she could to lower my annual premium but to no avail. She's a blessing to your company and clientele!!!
