Hotel was great, very clean, but the staff was Fantastic! The gentleman who checked us in was so friendly and welcoming even with us checking in at 11pm. Tina supplied an excellent breakfast! Her pumpkin waffles were top notch! She was so incredibly sweet and checked on us multiple time to make sure we had everything we needed! Wonderful experience we will be back!

We checked in super late and the guy checking us in was great and helpful. Morning breakfast another story… they were out of paper plates… when asking the front desk they said basically to go just go look and waved us off. So I went digging in cabinets to find some. All the tables were dirty as were the chairs.
The waffles were so watery they didn’t set up.
I feel with the price we paid it should have been better customer service and food quality. However the coffee shop behind was super friendly… clean and great food they were happy to have our business!

On point customer service, great rate and an awesome nights sleep. We stayed in a pet friendly room because our son gets a little rowdy so we prefer the first floor, even being forewarned I couldn’t tell one bit of difference. Decent, quick breakfast break before heading back out on the road. Great experience!

Check in late or early depending on your life style, we want to thank Omar and everyone working at this place our stay was incredible! Clean comfy beds!, they have a pool and gym unfortunately we rather sleep then work out! You know “vacation time” lol

We stayed here for a single as we were only passing thru while moving my daughter back to school. The gentleman at reception was just awesome. After 782 miles driven in a day cramped he was a delight. I believe he was the gentleman that works the late over night shift. We needed an extra towel and he was on it FAST. we arrived too late to use the pool. But I have to say breakfast was good. The hotel was really clean. Beds were comfy and the hotel was quiet. I couldn't ask for a better welcome than the one we had. The only issue I had was check out. Walked by the front desk 6x in a span of 45 minutes with all attempts to check out but whoever was working kept doing their phone in the office behind the front desk. We finally just left our room key there and left.

Other than that. We were extremely satisfied. Will definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area and need a room.

I was driving across country and getting tired and trying to figure out where to stay. I have two requirements for where I stay because I can stay literally 100s of other places. Dog friendly and gym, apparently now I have to ask if it's a "working" gym because I came to find out they have a gym but it's been broken.

Common sense to me would say that's important information. Especially when calling and specifically asking for 2 things while choosing a hotel. Apparently semantics is acceptable? When I ask if your dog friendly and have a gym, it should be implied I want to use the gym. It wasn't common I guess because they do "have<" a gym in the building.. While they did rectify it, it made me feel like a dick advocating for myself and I hate confrontation. But I am working on it now and it was bs in my mind. Sorry if I was an asshole but brother, no one wants to ask about if you have a broken gym in your hotel. To me, you don't have a gym right now til it works...

Stay was nice and just wanna leave this review to commend TINA for her excellent breakfast service. She went above and beyond helping me find some gluten-free options for breakfast. We said she should be running this hotel!!

Rooms were also adequate and clean. Internet was almost fast enough to stream on the TV. It was nice!

The pool was not heated like advertised which was a bummer but that’s my only mark against.

Perfect spot for my wife and I to split the 12-hour trip from kansas to Colorado. Eric was super friendly and super helpful and explained everything throughly, that breakfast is definitely a plus. There is also a McDonald's we could see from our room so we didn't have to go far for our evening meal. Definitely stopping there on future trips.
