Holiday Inn Express & Suites Limon I-70 (Ex 359), an IHG Hotel - Limon, Colorado

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Limon, Colorado, and had an exceptional experience. The lady at the front desk, whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making sure I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. Her positive attitude and professionalism made my stay that much better. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it was truly the outstanding service from the staff that left a lasting impression.

Additionally, I highly recommend Oscar’s Grill, located just across the street. It’s the perfect spot for a meal and drinks if you’re looking for great food within walking distance. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through!

I would have rated 5 but a couple things kept me from it. We stayed 12/22/24 and 12/27/24. The hotel was nice and clean, 1st night room had very small ants in the bathroom. Room number 229. 2nd night we stayed the bathroom sink drained very slow. Room number 225. The breakfast was very good.

Pet friendly with a $50 pet fee. We used the patch of grass in front of the building for the dog's business. Wifi worked great. The room TV had easy access to the HDMI port so we were able to plug in a FireTV stick to watch our own streaming stuff.

The king suite with bunk beds worked great for the kids. There was a separate connected room with the bunk bed, a chair, a beanbag chair, its own AC unit, and a TV in addition to the main king room.

Breakfast was good for the price of hotel. One morning had pork sausage with scrambled eggs. The other morning had turkey sausage with omelettes. Both mornings had diced breakfast potatoes and the standard cereal, muffins, juice, fruit, etc food you get in a motel continental breakfast.

Trip to see family in Denver. Spent the night in Limon.|Hotel was clean, emplyees professional and courteous. Bed comfortanle, breakfast good and attendant very friendly. Would stay here again. Enjoyed Oscars across the street. A large varied menu.

We were greeted with friendly staff, room was very clean and beds comfortable! Also very quiet! Best of all was the rate! With inflation it was a nice surprise to get such quality for the price. I’ll definitely return for another stay!

My husband and I checked in around midnight after a 12 hour drive. The first room we were given smelled like mildew and still had feces in the toilet, the carpet was filthy. We went down and asked for another room. The second room was better, but not much. There was hair on the bathroom counter, in the tub and on the shower walls. The sink had something black in it (mold?). The tub made a popping noise all night, like it was expanding. If we hadn't just come off a 12 hour trip, we would have left. We were so uncomfortable in this hotel, we didn't sleep under the covers.

Breakfast was burned omelets and undercooked bacon. Hands down the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. The lady at the front desk was nice though.

Incredibly impressed and thankful for Adrianna. She truly went above and beyond to assist me and was very kind in the process. From check-in to check-out she was welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend her.

The room and location were very nice! Unfortunately, most of the staff we encountered were not. We traveled over ten hours and the man working the front desk that night was inconvenienced by our checking in. The lady working the kitchen the following morning was unpleasant and turned the light off on my family as we waited for our rental car to be delivered. No warning or words. Working in hospitality needs… hospitality.
