We had a nice stay at RiverWalk Inn. The location was convenient as there were restaurants & stores within walking distance. The staff were pleasant & responsive. The breakfast was pretty good, especially since they had a waffle maker. It was nice to be able to sign up for your own private family time in the hot tub/spa & sauna. The shower water pressure wasn’t that great but I was able to adjust the pressure on the shower head & get my hair washed. The water was nice & hot! The beds were pretty comfortable. There was no gun safe in the room, for those of you this matters to. The coffee pot in the room was not very clean therefore I did not use it. I just drank the coffee in the lobby, provided with breakfast. I left a note in the coffee pot letting them know that the coffee pot needed cleaning & based on the cleanliness of the room & the hotel as a whole, I’m confident that coffee pot was taken care of. Lastly, when all the doors are locked to the hotel (front & back), your hotel key does not get you back in. Thankfully, the morning we were leaving, my husband was packing up the truck and locked himself out. Of course, I was able to let him back in but I think this might be helpful for solo travelers to know. We would definitely stay at RiverWalk Inn again!

What a great place to stay. Prices not too bad, wonderful to walk along the river. Good reasonable restaurant's close by. Our room had slightly hard beds which I like. Some other friends had what must have been pillow top mattresses. May want to specify. 24 miles to Wolf Creek Ski Area, (no lodging up there), so this is your closest as far as I know. I skied 4 days and snowmobiled one day up at the continental divide. It was just a few miles from Wolf Creek, (on the way).

The location is great. The staff is awesome! The accommodations are comfortable. The small details are noticeable. It was great for our youth group of 35 and it made our visit to pagosa Springs wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the walking distance to other places.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our recent stay at the River Walk Inn. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was quite nice, and the breakfast area was pleasant and clean. The room was very clean, and it had many well-thought-out amenities that were a nice bonus to what you normally expect to receive at a hotel. We very much enjoyed our three days staying here!

We stayed at Riverwalk Inn for five nights while exploring the Pagosa Springs area. The Inn was well above average for a 2 Star. Check in (a little early) was easy. Room was nice, and clean. The bathroom area was a bit cramped but workable. Bed was comfortable, only stubbed my toes on the foot posts a couple times, one chair was broken, and quickly replaced. Our Room on the second Floor was mostly quiet. Maid service wasn’t available unless requested. We didn’t use the continental breakfast after seeing what was offered, but did grab a couple bananas daily. Location was easy and the outdoor patio was nice by the river. I spent a an hour out there daily just enjoying the river. I was surprised by the turnover of guests, but that may be normal for Pagosa Springs this time of year.
Overall, nice stay, and I’d use them again.

Stayed one night on a work trip pass through. Kacper, the friendly host, was awesome! From the minute I walked in to when I had to exchange keys due to a room still needing to be cleaned, he was pleasant! Great hotel overall. Wish it was a tad closer to the river so you could hear it better but overall I enjoyed my stay. Clean room & bathroom. Comfy bed. A/C did its job.

We stayed here one night on our Colorado trip. I have to say it was nice. The price was good and it served us just fine. We were looking for a comfortable affordable stopover and that is just what we got. We were in walking distance to a cool restaurant, they have a walking path behind this place that is alongside a river, it's a short walk to food. We enjoyed our one night in Pagosa Springs. If I ever come back I would stay here again.

Overpriced and dated. The rooms were furnished with cheap furniture. The bathroom was very small, and the shower head was poor. The room had hair under the desk, and the sheets had stains. We could hear everything in our neighbors' rooms, snoring all night. The ice machine was down the hall, but there was a gap in the door. You could hear it every time someone used it. The breakfast was very limited and disappointing. It was next to 3 dispensaries. They did have a patio by the river.
