We just stayed at Best Western Plus in Louisville CO for 3 nights. The staff here is amazing in every way. Our room was clean, linens very nice, Breakfast was great.
Elvira changed our linens on Christmas Day and was so gracious & kind to do it as Housekeeping staff had the day off. She went above and beyond for us.
The location is convenient and quiet.

We landed fairly early in the morning. I had some meetings I needed to prepare for and was going to just utilize whatever seating they had in the lobby while I waited to check in. However, the staff was able to accommodate me and get us into our room early. This made a huge difference in my day and trip.
Breakfast was standard but delicious. They even had tortillas to make a breakfast taco. And sugar free syrup and low carb yogurt for my diabetic diet was a plus.
What I really appreciated was the laundry room and that change and detergent were available at the front desk. I had accidentally spilled something on my clothes and was so grateful to not have to carry the wet clothes around for the rest of my visit. $2 each to wash and dry was more than reasonable.
I also appreciated the posted QR code at the breakfast area so that I could tip the staff.
And finally, the personalized text messages from the hotel before and after I checked in were very helpful.
Thank you all for making our stay a really enjoyable and relaxing stay.

My first stay at a Best Western Plus was the Best! First of all, great location near many restaurants. Check-in a breeze, receptionist was friendly, helpful, and went out of her way to accommodate. When I mentioned I would be checking out before breakfast, she offered to get some breakfast items together for me in advance!
Room was clean and comfortable, and not expensive. Budget price in this case didn't mean budget surroundings. Cappuccino machine in the cosy entrance, nicely furnished lobby. I will now look for Best Western Plus in other places I travel.

Great value for the money! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The customer service is outstanding, the price is very affordable, and they offer a complimentary free breakfast. Highly recommended!

Weather is not a factor in dealing with reservations. If by some chance that you run into bad weather, the best that they can do is to give you a voucher for a stay either there or somewhere else. This is only good for 90 days. In Colorado, we are lucky to not have snow in April.

The entire staff during our 3-day visit was courteous, well-informed, and friendly. Our rooms were clean, well maintained, and pleasantly quiet. The provided WiFi easily met our needs. The hot breakfast was more than adequate, and the dining facility was kept clean at all hours. The 24/7 coffee brewing machine was nice and appreciated. Considering the area and closeness to Boulder, the price was very competitive. This hotel is easy to recommend.

Tremendous value for the money. Very well managed hotel with very competent and friendly staff in every department.

Amazingly, there was a really good selection of breakfast foods that are constantly restocked so you never go without.

Loved this location. We had a king sized bed on the main floor. We were there over Labor Day weekend & I felt the rates were very reasonable. Everyone was friendly. Real eggs on the breakfast bar. Rachael did a great job keeping the food stocked & area clean. Will visit this location again. Has an outdoor pool (didn't use) & an exercise room (didn't use).
