Asia was great!! She helped me get a great room and made sure I got my Diamond member goodies. She had a great smile and was very nice. She's a great person to have greeting people! We've stayed at this hotel a number of times and it's always good, but Asia made it great!

The only good thing about this place was the location and staff was nice, the room was so small, there was mold, things were broken and while we stayed there, there was several car break ins because of no cameras. Breakfast is okay unless they are serving bacon then it’s not edible! Like beef jerky it’s pretty bad! My husband was in a hurry to book something since this was an emergency but never again will we stay here! Oh the sharp metal hanging off the side of the AC unit was great also since i have children and my son cut his leg on this!

Comfortable and clean rooms, and the location was convenient being right near the highway. My room faced away from the Interstate and was quiet. I can't say how the rooms facing the Interstate would be.

The room was fine. However I felt discriminated by the front desk service. It was an older male who came off to me as racist. As a Latina, I felt as if I was being judged. This worker did not even look up at me once and when I gave them my card they said “my card is not going through due to fraud”. Then walked away and got someone else to take over the check in. However when I called my bank, they said my card was working perfectly fine. This was on August 30 and I decided to write this down because as a person of color, my experience from the front desk employee was completely disrespectful and it cannot be tolerated.

Nice clean rooms and comfortable bed. Very reasonable rates. They even had a free breakfast. The only thing is that the sink drained slow and I asked someone at the front desk to get it fixed, but there was a communication barrier and it didn’t get fixed.

Hotel and rooms are a bit dated but fine, nothing broken or unclean. Staff was friendly. Elevator smelled strongly of cigarettes. Convenient location and a good price.

Only reason I can’t recommend them is my vehicle was broken into during my stay and when the cops came out they said it was a regular occurrence at this location and the third time it had happened that week (he showed me the pile of glass from someone else’s window who’d been broken into two nighters in earlier)

The officer said this place was a regular target because it’s the only hotel in the area with no security cameras in their parking lot and that he thinks it’s related to a homeless encampment in the woods nearby. It’s not the hotel’s fault that people are doing this but the fact they know it happens every other night and don’t make any effort to keep their customers vehicles safe or even warn them that this happens regularly is ridiculous. It’s not even like I have a nice vehicle, I drive a 20 year old beat up truck. Nothing of value was stolen but having to spend a few hundred dollars on a new window and drive 3 hours home in the cold without a window makes me wish I picked any of the other more expensive hotels in the area. Save yourself the trouble and learn from my mistake. It’s not worth the value.

This leisure time was amazing. Front Desk Margie was truly exceptional. She made my stay comfortable and worry free. Five stars!!!!

The young lady behind the desk tonight the 21st of August, what is absolutely phenomenal!! Atalay (hope I'm close). I drove in from Cleveland Ohio almost 14 hours and I walked in she had a great smile a friendly attitude and checked me into my room quickly and kindly. I left the lobby with a smile that I did not have when I came in. I just wanted to recognize her for her great demeanor and great customer service!! I hope the manager and owner of this hotel know what a jewel they have with her!! Thanks for a great stay!
