Adell made our wedding day stress free and handled any problems that came up. She was so helpful creating my timeline and keeping us on track throughout the day! I couldn't have done it without her. She even thought of things that I didn't consider. She was also so helpful with setting up our tables the day before and made a point to come early to our rehearsal to do so, making me feel at ease the day of the wedding. I 100% recommend booking her services!

Adell was our day-of wedding coordinator. My wedding party and family loved her! She was so sweet, super on top of things, and honestly, I couldn't see the day going as smoothly as it did if it weren't for her. She was there for both the rehearsal and day of. Adell and her team were absolutely fabulous! Even with an extremely limited timeframe to set up for our wedding, they flawlessly made everything come together so beautifully and everything was perfect. They were great to work with, were extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to make sure I had the best day/night ever. Would 100% recommend!

Adell and her team did better than we could have ever imagined!! I was someone who didn’t think we would need a wedding planner and boy was I was so wrong. There’s so much to do the month leading up to your wedding and Adell and her team handled it all. They kept our day on schedule, made sure we got in every item that was important to us that day, and handled all of the communication with the vendors to make sure everything was all set. They set up our space and it was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined — they did a great job and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Everlasting Engagements exceeded our expectations in every way possible! We had our wedding at our home which made it a difficult task to coordinate. I was extremely concerned about hiring and managing vendors. Adell at Everlasting Engagements made the event absolutely beautiful and seamless. Her attention to detail was unbelievable, she added such beautiful details that I would have never of thought of. I trusted her recommendations on vendors and she did not disappoint on any. Everlasting Engagements truly made my wedding spectacular, 5 stars all around!

We hired Adell as a Full service wedding planner. She worked with us over the course of the year. We were planning from out of state, so most meetings were via phone call or email. There are many instances where I found her disorganized - she hadn’t written down information we discussed on the phone/in-person, would occasionally send emails that didn’t make sense because they weren’t proofread, would ask for information we had already sent - but there were three major issues that I think highlight the problems we had.
First - our wedding venue forgot to put out a fruit display - this is not the wedding planner’s fault. However, when I reached out to Adell and let her know that I had asked guests if they noticed it and no one did, I was told that there was indeed a fruit display near the coffee and that was the end of it. When we spoke with our guests, no one saw this fruit display and it wasn’t in any photos that took place near where the display supposedly was. I reached out to the venue and they confirmed that it wasn’t there and refunded me a little over $600. Money that I would have lost if I hadn’t followed up on my own.
The next issue was our budget. Adell is a CPA, which is a big reason I was looking forward to working with her, but I found little guidance in my wedding choices and had to ask twice where we were at with our budget. She sent us two different budget sheets a few months apart and the second sheet had a budget that was $20k higher than what we agreed to and her reasoning was that it included things that aren’t normally included in a “wedding budget.” The only line item that was new was her fee which is not $20k. No additional fees should add up to being over half your budget. And, if this is the case, then it should be mentioned during the early stages of wedding planning. The wedding planner should go in as though the couple knows nothing about wedding planning (which we didn’t), so this would have been a massive issue. But, it just wasn’t accurate. There was nothing that we hadn’t included in our initial budget.
The last major issue was with my hair and makeup. I had a bad outcome with the first place I went and let her know. She communicated with the owner and texted me that “the owner is willing to waive the fees for another trial.” I emailed to schedule another trial for this and didn’t hear back for a month so I emailed again. Adell emailed back that the owner could do the trial at a discounted fee, even though she had previously told me that the owner agreed to waive the fees. So, I asked Adell about this. She eventually connected me directly with the owner of the salon to work out the details and forwarded me their email interaction. In the email chain between Adell and the salon owner, I saw that Adell made it look like I hadn’t responded to her email which is why it took so long to establish a new appointment. She also told the salon owner that “now she is stating she doesn’t want to pay for another trial or shouldn’t have to.” I wouldn’t assume that the trial would be free. I asked about it because Adell told me via text message that the owner would waive the fees. I understand that wedding planners repeatedly work with vendors and would want to maintain a good relationship there, but this doesn’t mean throwing the bride under the bus to make yourself look like you didn’t forget to follow up with someone. Own up to what you said, let her know that you were busy or forgot or couldn’t follow up and that you said the fee would be waived. Or at least be aware enough not to forward the bride the email chain.
She minimizes problems and when confronted with issues, gets defensive rather than trying to fix problems and find solutions. Ultimately, we had the feeling working with her led to more stress than if we had simply taken care of everything ourselves.
I'm giving her two stars because for the "Day of" we didn't have any issues with vendor coordination or with gift collection, but it doesn't make up for the months prior.

Everlasting Engagements went above and beyond for my husband and I! Adell was a rockstar throughout my wedding journey & day of! I unfortunately lost my veil the morning of my wedding and was so stressed and she was able to talk me down and made sure I did not lose sight of what the day was. She truly is someone I recommend and someone to have in your corner the day of the wedding. I am so thankful for this company & my wedding would not be what it was without her and her company. We love you Adell!!!
