Our wedding day was a dream come true, thanks in no small part to our incredible day-of coordinator, Amanda. Leading up to the wedding, Amanda was consistently available to answer questions, offer advice, and refine our timeline to ensure the day flowed seamlessly. She thought of every single detail, many of which we would have overlooked without her expertise. Her coordination with our vendors and the wedding party was invaluable, and the week leading up to our wedding was completely stress-free as she made sure everyone was on the same page and understood the timeline and expectations for the day. On the day of our wedding, Amanda went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to truly immerse ourselves in the joy and love of the day. We cannot thank Amanda enough for her help in making our wedding day truly spectacular, and we highly recommend her to any couples looking for a day-of coordinator.

Amanda brings a sense of ease that is out of this world. I was a very overwhelmed bride, but Amanda was amazing with absolutely everything. She never made me feel incompetent or not prepared like I had been feeling :/ and instead invoked so much peace throughout the wedding day. She handled so many different issues (I am sure of it) but I know nothing about any of that (AS SHOULD BE!) Overall I am just so thankful for her presence throughout the most stressful, fun, crazy day of my life! Amanda was a pleasure to work with! About a month prior to our wedding she sent over a very detailed questionnaire that quite honestly was very overwhelming at first glance; however, after going through it and answering the questions, I realized just how thorough and detailed she was. Some of the questions we had honestly not thought about before, so we appreciated her asking these questions up front as it allowed us to put some thought into them. Using this questionnaire she then created a very precise and detailed timeline for us. She was very patient despite multiple changes and several back and forth emails to ensure the timeline was perfect.

About a week before the wedding she sent our timeline and processional to the entire wedding party plus family members to ensure everyone was on the same page and understood where they had to be and at what time. We especially appreciated this as it was one less thing we had to coordinate the week leading up to the wedding.

Brandi was our day of coordinator and the one who lead our rehearsal. She arrived at the venue on Saturday morning and got to work right away by placing all remaining decor. She helped to keep us on time throughout the day and helped to coordinate with all the vendors, allowing us to be fully present during the day. We even had a little emergency in the morning with a dress ripping and she was prepared with a sewing kit and helped to fix the dress situation!

Even though we were running behind on our timeline, Brandi made sure everyone was where they needed to be and that all events were taking place in the proper order. She also helped us clean up at the end of the night and made sure everything was done and out of the venue at the designated time.

I knew going into wedding planning that I wanted a day of coordinator but it was not until the week leading up to the wedding, and particularly the actual day of the wedding, that I realized the true value of a coordinator and how much stress and responsibility they take off the bride and groom on the day of. I can now see just how many things can go wrong on the day of without the assistance of a coordinator. I am very much so Type A so it was extremely difficult to let someone else take over but I am so grateful for our decision to hire Amanda and her team!! If you are on the fence about hiring her, just do it; you will not regret it!!

I had the pleasure of working with Page Wedding and Events for two ceremonies in June this year, and I can't say enough wonderful things about them! As the officiant, I appreciated how organized and communicative they were—sending out detailed timelines with contact information for all the vendors. On the day of the ceremony, they were right there, ensuring everything flowed smoothly, even when unexpected challenges arose. One ceremony had to be relocated due to rain, and they handled it with such grace and professionalism. Their charming and helpful personalities truly shone through in everything they did, and it was clear they care deeply about making every couple’s special day as perfect as possible. It was an absolute joy to work with them!

Even though our wedding was going to be informal and smaller, I was really stressed about planning everything and making sure it was all just right. I found Amanda, and once I hired her my worries were at an end! She walked us through so many things I never thought of, and made sure that nothing was overlooked. Stephanie, our day-of coordinator, handled all the details of setting up our venue and managing all the pieces of the ceremony and reception. I literally had to do NOTHING except concentrate on enjoying myself -- which we did, thanks to Amanda and Stephanie. I can't imagine getting through our wedding day without their help, and I would hire Amanda again and again and again!

Amanda and her team were AMAZING! The communication, organization, and everything in between was top notch. Leading up to the wedding, I just knew that I didn’t want our wedding party, our parents, or ourselves to have any responsibilities or stress on the wedding day, and Amanda made that a reality. From taking charge during the rehearsal (we were all standing around with no idea what to do without her), to picking up some last minute must haves the morning of the wedding, our day ran completely smooth with Amanda there to help! If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, I promise you that this team is worth it!

If you want your party to be amazing, you need Amanda and her team! A year ago I attended a wedding and just recently a birthday party both coordinated by Page Wedding & Event Planning. As a guest I was impressed enough to ask who helped with the party, and I assure you, this team of professionals will make your event memorable!
