My husband and I are so GRATEFUL for Alex and her team with Affinity Events. We purchased the Gold Package, and had help planning our dream wedding from the start. I would HIGHLY recommend locking in with this wonderful team. From the start, we had help booking all major and small vendors, working through our comprehensive budget and timeline, and talking through the details of each step. We had put together a vision board, and watched it come to life with each month leading up to our wedding. Alex talked us through several options for food, bar, florists, drapery, transportation, and so much more. She laid out pricing, budget, their reviews, etc. She simplified this process and allowed our time as fiancé's to be FUN and stress free. We were able to add our own unique touches to our wedding, with Alex's help. For example we had an interactive photo booth (purchased through Affinity Events) that doubled for a fun way of guest book signage, COLD SPARKLERS during our first dance - which was MAGICAL, spectacular floral and decor details, all the way down to hand picked drapery and chair options. My husband and I said several times, throughout out day - Alex is killing it and we are so lucky to have her. She helped with EVERYTHING! If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner.... do it! Our wedding was perfection and Affinity Events are to thank for that. - The Matthews

Her knowledge of the industry was invaluable, and she always had helpful suggestions and recommendations. On the wedding day itself, Alex took charge of everything, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day. I absolutely ADORE this group and can't thank them enough for making our wedding day so magical and perfect. Caitlin and her team were amazing from the first inquiry to wrapping up at the end of the wedding night. Working with a venue that had a very tight timeline, they ensured setup, flipping the space, and tear down all went smoothly. Caitlin communicated with every one of our vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding to ensure everyone was on the same page and where they needed to be and when. When we had a small issue with a vendor the morning of the wedding, Caitlin was on it and resolved it quickly. We also had the Affinity Booth at our wedding which was such a hit! We received a Google file of all the photos a few days after the wedding which was so much fun to look through together. On top of being amazing professionals, they are the nicest people who I felt were friends of mine by the end of the wedding planning process. They brought my vision to life and then even more, I can't thank you enough for being such an integral part of our wedding!

Alex and Caitlyn n are the dream team! I have been in many weddings so have learned from experience of how stressful it can be for everyone when you ask your wedding party to help set things up the day of the wedding. I knew for our wedding, I wanted a day-of-coordinator to handle day-of-coordination and it was probably THE BEST decision we made. Alex helped with the rehearsal and was in contact with all of our vendors (about 12 of them) to make sure everything went according to plan and things were on schedule. She also set everything up perfectly, so much so that when I saw our venue for the first time I balled my eyes out from how beautiful it was. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for full wedding planning or day-of services!

Alex and her team are absolutely phenomenal! My best friend had Alex as her wedding day of coordinator so after seeing how amazing she was, I had to have Alex for my big day! Alex met with us several times before the big day, coordinated with all the vendors, made sure everything and everyone was ready on the day of the wedding, and put together the venue decor even better than I could have imagined! The day of the wedding went flawlessly because Alex and her assistant were running the show! I had absolutely no stress because I knew Alex would take care of everything! So grateful to her for making our day perfect! Would give more stars if possible!
