Highly recommend With A Twist! Their staff was super professional and did an amazing job for our wedding. They were prompt, helpful, and friendly. Very professional and our guests loved them. No detail was left out! They came prepared and left everything very organized when the event was over. I would hire them again for another event!

Very disappointed with the service we received. We had signed up with "With a Twist" months ago for full bar services - Beer, Wine and Mixed Drinks. They knew our venue when we signed up for the full service. They contacted us two weeks prior to the wedding and said the Venue we chose only allowed Beer and Wine. We quickly re-did our menu, but were disappointed; thought "With a Twist" should have known this when we signed up and not waited so close to the wedding date to let us know. One of my biggest concerns was that it was an outdoor wedding in August in Michigan. Very Hot. They assured me that they had endless ice and coolers. Since we were limited to beer and wine, they only thing the bartenders had to do was hand a cold beer or seltzer or chilled wine to our guests. One of the first guests at the bar was a handed a room temperature seltzer and a glass of ice. Was told the bar had to keep it quiet during the ceremony. They knew what time the cocktail hour started and should have had all the drinks well chilled by then. The bartenders were not very friendly, had sour looks on their faces all night. We did our best to calculate what amount of beverages we needed and as the evening went on, I kept checking with the bartenders to see how we were doing. When she said we were running low on several items, I told her my husband and I would quickly go to the store and pick them up. Unknown to us, she also told the wedding planner to pick up additional supplies, so we ended up with double the amount. When I mentioned to the bartender that I now had a van full of extra drinks, her response was "Miscommunication". - That was it.

From start to finish, communication and service was excellent. Our bartender Teri (not sure if I’m spelling that right!) was outstanding. She is so kind, thoughtful and attentive. Prices are fair, but the service is outstanding for what you pay for. I will definitely use them again!

Regina and her staff did a great job! All the bartenders were friendly and had great customer service skills. The only point that I would make was that the "alcohol calculator" on the website was not entirely accurate. Having a conversation to walk through how much of which items should be purchased/served, is more helpful than using the "calculator". But overall, great experience with this company and team!

With A Twist was amazing! I initially hired them for bartending services. At the last minute, Regina helped me find two additional wait staff. Our bartender, Chris, had a great rapport with our guests and kept the drinks flowing happily. The wait staff, Terry and Isaac, went above and beyond. Our food was always beautifully displayed so it never looked picked over. Everything was clean and orderly. I was running behind, and Terry and Isaac stepped up and got everything on track. At the end of the night, everything was cleaned and put away. I would definitely hire WAT again.
