I would HIGHLY recommend MI Picnic Project for any special or fun occasion! I got a picnic for my sister in law as a birthday gift, and Yadhu (the owner) was amazing to work with! The booking process was super smooth and simple, the setup she created was beautiful, and the prices were really reasonable! My sister in law loved it. They have a really good rain out policy as well and she was so considerate when the weather turned bad towards the end of the scheduled time! You definitely won’t regret booking with this company ☺️

If you don't book with Yadhu, and the MI Picnic Project, you'll be mad at yourself! Whatever outdoor picnic/party you are considering, have MI Picnic Project DO IT!! Everything was magical -- really, truly, I swear it. Could not have been happier. Also, do not miss out on the add-ons -- the charcuterie is fantastic and was fully consumed by my party. I, too, was able to book my picnic on short notice, which probably wasn't Yadhu's favorite; BUT, I could NOT tell. And, was given an AMAZING looking picnic despite my booking late -- to making my partner's 30th birthday as special as it was. Yadhu is graceful, on-time, and an excellent addition to any picnic/party throwing individual.

MI Picnic Project stopped by today to do a backyard picnic for our 1st Wedding Anniversary & did not disappoint - The planning process went smoothly & Yadhu arrived promptly with the decor set-up beautifully, along with the charcuterie box included by Two Sisters Grazing that was both fresh and delicious! I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know & would definitely consider having another picnic with them in the future. Thanks again for making our evening so memorable!

Yadhu and her team were amazing to work with and the details were outstanding! We celebrated our 20th anniversary overlooking the lake at sunset and Yadhu made it all possible and so romantic! My husband didn’t know that I had planned this and he was so thrilled. I’ve suggested this to many friends as an unioway to celebrate especially during the warm weather. Endless possibilities! Treat yourself and loved ones!

We celebrated my husband’s first Fathers Day and his birthday with a picnic from MI Picnic Project! We loved it! It was a great surprise and fun way to celebrate a special occasion! And so easy to just walk up to it and leave without bringing and clean it ourselves!

Our set up was stunning! My husband was so surprised. It literally looked like a Pinterest scene. Loved it. If you want to make someone feel special I absolutely recommend this. We did luck out and have beautiful weather!
