Shannon worked with me the month of my wedding, and from day one she was on top of things. She is super organized which takes the stress off of me. She was there with me every step of the way. She was the point person for all of my vendors, which simplified things immensely for me. My wedding day was great. I didn't have to worry about a thing because I trusted that Shannon would do a phenomenal job, and she didn't disappoint. I was able to relax while Shannon was worked on all the details we had planned, and made sure everything ran smoothly. She is so very sweet and a pleasure to work with.

We hired Shannon 18 months ago, at the very beginning of the planning process for our destination wedding in Santa Rosa Beach. There are no words that can adequately convey just how wonderful Shannon is, but put simply, we truly could not have done it without her. From the start, Shannon was an absolutely essential part of our wedding. She coordinated all of our vendors (including our DJ, photographer, rentals, catering, venue, florist, hair stylist and make up artist), handled all of our contracts, offered excellent and honest recommendations for everything from styling and design to vendors and itineraries. Her thoughtful advice was welcomed, and we always felt like she truly had our best interest at heart. Her level of organization and attention to detail gave us complete confidence that our wedding would be amazing. She was responsive and always made us feel like we were her only client. She anticipated our questions and always had solutions ready for any potential problem or hiccup that came up. She helped us to stay within our budget, and offered alternative suggestions in necessary places to keep us on track. She went above and beyond to ensure that our day was nothing short of perfect. Having Shannon on board meant that we could enjoy our vacation the week before the wedding. It meant that no one was scrambling day of to make sure everything was in place. It meant that our parents and friends and family got to sit back and enjoy the day. It meant that we could let go and trust that everything was in great hands. I am thrilled to have had Shannon in our corner, and our day truly was an absolute dream. Thank you, Shannon!

Shannon was everything and more when it came to helping us plan and execute our wedding. I was lucky enough to find her off of Wedding Wire and when I saw how professional her website was - I had to learn more.
Shannon is incredibly communicative from day one to post wedding - something every bride hopes for when things seem to get a little scattered in "wedding world".
The minute we signed the agreement, Shannon sent us the cutest "Wedding Kit" that had a note from her, the contract, and our first group of "thank you cards", which my husband and I both used for notes to our parents the day of the wedding!

We chose the "Month of Wedding Planner" Package which was perfect for us since I am a large event planner myself, but I knew with my job workload and planning a Florida wedding from Seattle, that I would need more than just a "Day Of" coordinator. I could get the vendors dialed leading up to the wedding, and then I could hand them over for her to manage when everything started to get a little crazier as the date got closer and I had some huge work events to execute right before the wedding day. She confirmed all of my vendors when they were the most needy, found us last minute vendors, planned timelines, and was extremely positive and encouraging when everything seemed to be blowing up in my head.
I was incredibly impressed by how she learned everyone's name in our families immediately, took charge of the set-up, decor, and did everything with the biggest smile on her face at all times. Coming from a very fast-paced event planning world, I needed someone who would make me feel like it would all be taken care of, and she did just that!
Shannon is the queen of the little details that make the day perfect - like bringing plastic "beach friendly" champagne flutes with my bridesmaids' names on them and a bottle of Prosecco for toasting as we were getting ready the day of event - she literally thought of it all.
She delivered beyond our expectations and we can't thank her enough for the help in bringing our big destination wedding together.

Shannon did a fantastic job coordinating our wedding, June of 2013. We had a lot of curveballs that we threw at the wedding experience...we weren't sure how to best choose a bar package...we went back to Shannon multiple times not knowing exactly how we wanted the seating to work....we decided in the last month we wanted our reception to last an extra hour.

Shannon handled all of this really well. She worked to give us as close to what we wanted as was possible. Her attitude was fantastic the entire time. She was there to please, even when we were being difficult, and if we wanted to go a different direction on something than she suggested (which did not happen very often) she was very happy to help with whatever it was we wanted. She helped with a lot of the little things we'd have never thought about months in advance, and then her execution during the week of the wedding was fantastic. She was great and we appreciate everything very much.
