The actual Restaurant is J & M Dockside Restaurant and the co-owner Michael Lee is a phenomenal chef!! The staff is great and the food is amazing!! Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner served and open at 8 am and closes at 7 pm.

I had a 5 star experience at harborside marina dealing with Mike and Jen .

Mike was extremely patient and sincere thru out the whole process. I was very particular with my upgrades and add-ons to the boat and mike was able to assist with other non-dealer related additions such as my trolling motor and vinyl lettering : he pointed me in the right direction by giving me his sincere opinion . He PERSONALLY followed up on any of my requests rather than steering me . The whole experience felt friendly rather than strictly business . I really felt like the whole staff there wanted everyone to leave happy and weren’t just there to take my money .

I love the boat and all the features and my friends and family love it too . The positive experience did not just conclude with the sale . The boat was promised to be delivered on a certain date and they adhered to that date , and had someone deliver it from Connecticut to Brooklyn . Right to my boat ramp .

I’ve had numerous questions about different technology on the boat and mike literally answers on the first ring and I never feel like I’m bothering the guy . I had an issue with bilge pump and mike overnighted me a new one . I blew off a piece of reflective decorative tape with power washer completely my own fault , they sent me a new one . Any questions or issues were addressed immediately . I had no headaches with the experience at all .

Our sale rep Mike was fantastic and super helpful through the entire process and the entire team at the Marina is super responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Mike gave us a two hour orientation out on the water to get us acclimated with the boat and to this day is still super helpful with any follow up questions we’ve had. I can also say my wife and I were looking for a new boat for quite a while and the marina is very competitive with their pricing vs competitors.

"True Professionals" is how I would describe the team at Harborside Marine Sales. Trey and his team went the extra mile to ensure that everything was perfect with my boat purchase. When severe weather during my scheduled Sea Trails time prevented my session. They accommodated me by taking me out after hours on Saturday, due to the fact I had to catch a flight back to Utah and had no other time to complete the task. Brad was excellent and very patient with me during the sea trails. He was very knowledgeable and make me feel comfortable while navigating unfamiliar water. Slade the service manager was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I would not hesitate to do business with them again!

My family and I had the pleasure of buying a brand new Sea Hunt with Mike. He was very knowledgeable and everything he promised us, we got. Mike is very personable and the rest of the Harbourside employees treat you like family. The whole process of getting the boat was easy and flawless. The day we took the boat home, Mike did an amazing orientation and christening. This is something my family and I will remember forever. Also when we came back for our 20 hour service, we had a free lunch provided by their own restaurant “Shanks” which is right next to the marina. The customer service is a 10/10 also we got a ton of merchandise and some cool accessories from Sea Hunt themselves. I tell everyone to go to Harbourside and have Mike sell them a boat. My family and I cannot brag enough about how great everything went!!
