I recently used Aardvark for an airport transfer and was thoroughly impressed. Richard arrived promptly and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. He was friendly, chatty and courteous helping us with our luggage. We got to the airport in good time and the return journey pick up was really well planned with no delays. Excellent service from Richard and his team for our return journey to Heathrow. Pick up times and locations confirmed the day before by email removed any concerns. Very courteous drivers in comfortable vehicles ensured a perfect start and end to our trip. Have used Aardvark many times over the years and will do so in the future. Highly recommended.

Andy our driver was prompt in collecting us from home and taking us to the airport. Pickup was not quite as smooth due to very heavy traffic at the airport. Andy was there on time though and battled through the traffic. A less congested pick up point would help although it was convenient for T3

I’ve used Aardvark for my parents for Stansted in the past, and were really pleased with their service. I used them for the first time in October for a Gatwick return.

Both taxis were on time. Both taxi drivers were pleasant and put our luggage into the cars. A really nice journey in both directions and would definitely recommend.

As we were travelling back from the States we were Kept up to date with the arrival of the taxi at Gatwick.
