I can’t sing Naomi’s praises enough! She is a rockstar planner. A woman after my own heart with details, organization, promptness, & professionalism!! She was amazing from the beginning and tailor made my dream trip to Lisbon, Portugal, Seville, Madrid,& Barcelona! Everything was seamless except the beginning flights, which were an issue due to the airlines. However, Naomi was there on the phone dealing with the airlines and was able to secure our flights which were rebooked immediately and she was literally there on the phone with us step-by-step! I appreciate her so much being able to handle it, and then following up to make sure that we arrived at our destination OK. Such white glove treatment and five star impeccability, I would recommend Naomi a million times and plan on using her again!!! The trip was spectacular! 🌟✈️

Carrie made a dream a reality for our trip to Australia! For the planning of this trip, she listened to all of our wants and got an idea of how we travelled (we are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 teenagers). I was so impressed with our itinerary and all the details, I would have never thought of, were covered. We could access all our travel plans through an app throughout our trip, which was very convenient.

She reassured us that throughout our trip she would be available if anything came up. And let me tell you, she was!! She went above and beyond to support us as we navigated changes in travel plans because of Cyclone Jasper. My husband and I felt at ease throughout our trip because she was so responsive.

Having personal experience with so many places in the world, her insight is most valuable! The app provided was a daily calendar with all travel vouchers, tips, etc. She was also accessible during our trip if we needed any additional info. We partied at the festas, gazed in awe at ancient architecture, explored the rivers and forests, made many friends, and drank the wine - of course!

Right in the beginning, she asked us exactly what type of vacation we were looking for and our budget. We decided to stay at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico, UNICO 20N 87W Riviera Maya! This resort was absolutely stunning and one major highlight was the food! From the snack bar to all the restaurants the food was definitely a 10/10! We also enjoyed all the specialty cocktails throughout our stay as well. Since we were close to Tulum, we spent a day trip enjoying the beaches, going out to dinner, and also exploring beautiful cenotes. Even during our stay, we had a question about our return travel and Anneke was always able to keep in contact and help when we needed it! She even so thoughtfully sent us a bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon. We couldn't recommend this travel agency more, we will definitely be using them again in the future! Thank you, Anneke!
