Rachael was our wedding officiant, and she went WAY above and beyond the entire way. Our script was custom, beautiful, and spooky. Rachael was in contact the entire time, sent drafts, asked questions, and when I had any little question, she was right on top of it the whole way! She also helped us with the legal stuff; the paperwork, the license, the name changing. When we asked if she would like to dress up with us, she said YES and went sassy, elegant Beetlejuice stripes. 1000000/10!! My husband and I went back and forth and whether or not we wanted to hire a wedding planner for our big day. I came across Rachael on Facebook and let me just say, hiring her was the BEST decision we made! So if you were like me and debating on hiring a planner/day of coordinator, DO IT and chose Rachael! Her and her assistant, Sarah, are some of the sweetest people I've ever met and made sure our day went absolutely seamless! There was a hiccup or two that I did not even know about until the next day because Rachael and Sarah handled it immediately without missing a beat!! Both of these lovely ladies took the stress off me and my husband and truly allowed us to enjoy the day!

Wow, where to even begin.. Rachael was the officiant for our June 4th wedding. Not only is she so highly regarded by us, but now also our friends and family as they were blown away by her service. From the moment we reached out to Rachael, she was so easy to work with. She is so knowledgeable, personable, and really just connects with you to provide the best service she can. We wanted our wedding to be as personal to us as we could make it, and boy did she deliver. There wasn't a dry eye in the place, but she also kept it fun and lighthearted just as we were hoping for. The ceremony was amazing, couldn't have asked for a better officant. 10/10 would and already have recommended her to anyone who will listen to me!

There is not enough words to describe Rachael’s work. She is fantastic, smart, helpful, kind, caring in every way possible and frankly just perfect at her job. We booked with Rachael about a month or two after we got engaged during the later part of 2019. We were nervous about the upcoming wedding planning and once we met her that was it...I knew we were all set.

She helped us with everything from finding a wedding venue, getting our wedding vendors, to helping my wife with the decorations, and of course the day of the wedding. The list of stuff that she helped us with is so long it would fill 5 pages. She is very well experienced in the field of event planning. She has a great relationship with local wedding vendors that she has used and has also worked with in the past. The day of the wedding she was perfect, she helped my wife so much that day with getting ready, coordinating the vendors and the venue and the timeline. I was getting ready at a hotel about 10 minutes from the wedding venue and she kept checking in on me, making sure I was ok and of course like a Groom is supposed to be making sure I was sticking to the timeline.

The best thing I can say about Rachael is she made our special day so much better than I would have ever expected it to be. She cares so much about her clients and we developed such a special bond with her through out the wedding planning and day of that she feels more like friend to us than someone who we just hired.

I will end this review here. There is so much more to say but I strongly state that if you are in search of a wedding planner go with Rachael Mary Weddings LLC. It will be one of the best decisions you will ever make.
