Kayla was amazing to work with she took care of every little detail from small to big. She never let us guess what needed to get done or what was missing. She was right on the ball, making sure we would not be disappointed. She kept us up-to-date and would mention things I would never think of. She was beyond a huge bonus to our event. Kayla is one of the best. She really worked as hard as possible to make our wedding day perfect and run smoothly. I didn't have to worry about anything and felt 100% comfortable saying "I trust your judgement" with anything. We had a backyard wedding, so complicated to begin with but she was more than excited about it for us- we made it more complicated with a shuttle service and food truck that couldn't park by the reception. My toddler running around. Friends for vendors and light manual labor. She was a champ and so was her assistant Lexie. They both managed everything so perfectly, even when some problems came up I didn't think anything of them because she was so on top of things. We got the wedding we always wanted because Kayla was there for us and I'll never be able to thank her enough. (And Lexie!!) If you're searching for a planner who can do it all, please contact Kayla. Such good energy and work ethic. I can't recommend her enough. Included is a photo of me not worrying about anything for the first time in my life and enjoying the moment with my husband because Kayla was there making sure things were okay lol

Kayla and her staff made our wedding effortless and exciting. Every issue that popped up they handled professionally and seamlessly. The communication between Kayla and the different bridal party members to ensure everything was executed perfectly. I was scared to let go of control but so incredibly thankful i decided to trust Kayla! I would’t have been able to survive without her and I couldn’t recommend anyone more than her!!

Kayla was very professional and punctual. She explained everything to us as the wedding party during the rehearsal, where to stand, when to walk, how slow to walk and the path of travel due to this being an outdoor venue. The wedding went off without any issues at all. Everyone knew what to do and when to do it. The DJ was excellent, playing music and providing the introductions perfectly. The bride and groom were extremely happy with their event. Thank you Kayla for a great evening. Richard McFarland.
