Picked up a prescription 3 months ago and the cost was three times what it usually is. I asked more than once whether the coupon that had been applied in the past was being applied. The person waiting on me told me that there were no coupon savings available. I figured the coupon had expired and this would be the refill cost going forward. I stopped in today for a refill and consulted with the pharmacist (or maybe it was a tech) before picking up the refill and she told me that the coupon just needed to be applied and that it had not been applied on the refill I picked up three months ago. She did this for my current refill, bringing my cost back to 1/3 the cost of the last refill. I already knew the answer, but I asked anyway about getting it applied retroactively to the last refill (i.e., getting a refund for the amount I had overpaid) but of course the answer was no. So I'm out $450 because of the incompetence of their employee. I hate cvs. Time to find another pharmacy

Have always gone here and there is constantly no one at the register. Self-checkout does not work with my CVS card for some reason so I always avoid the self-checkout. I went there this morning around 10:00am and stood and waited at the register for over 15 minutes before a worker even noticed I was there. I am not one to write reviews but this was absurd. The store was empty with maybe 3 other customers there. There was no reason for me to be standing there waiting for 15 minutes.

The pharmacy staff, at this location, are friendly and expedient. If they don't have something in stock they give a polite explanation (not an excuse!) and problem solve while waiting for said product to come in. In my specific case, they found that the CVS down the street (632 Middle Turnpike, Storrs, CT 06268) had the needed medication. The staff made ALL arrangements for me to retrieve said medication there. Now that's Team Work!! ♥️ Many thanks to this pharmacy team and the pharmacy team at Middle Turnpike, Storrs locations. Please keep working together to serve our community.

The CVS store is fine. But the inability to speak to a human being regarding my prescriptions makes me want to switch to Walgreens. I hate your pharmacy.

Was here about 8:20 pm on 04/04/24 and the young cashier boy seemed to have such an aditude about helping me with the self check out.

Why do you work in customer service/retail yet have such a disgusting tone with the customers?

Honestly makes me not want to come here and I'll just go to Walgreens across the street if that's the service I get here.

Excellent pharmacy staff who were patient with my new insurance! They never gave up and dispute tons of customers they were well staffed and treated Everyone individually! While waiting, they knew at least half of their customers by name and had great relationships with them. Very happy to have switched my pharmacy to them!

The store is clean and well stocked. I love being able to get my flu shots etc there. All the employees but one have been helpful and kind. I also love the savings with the card!

CVS has been our go to pharmacy for as long as we can remember. But today we had a bad experience. And the ratings are solely based on that. We had booked a free heart screening yesterday and as it mentioned, we had to fast for 8 hours to do it. The screening was supposed to happen today at 6 pm and we planned our day accordingly. Around 3, a lady called and told us that the screening can not happen today. She didn't even give us a proper reason why it can't. We were told that "such screenings usually don't take place in the evening" although we don't know why then that time slot was given as an option. My husband even told her that we were fasting for the last 8 hours but she still refused us for the day. We were told to reschedule it which we didn't. Didn't expect this from a pharmacy like CVS.
