About a year ago, we started planning to have one day wedding event like 6 hrs for our daughter. Later it all turned out to be three different events, for all good reasons. Why not when it was for our only daughter. Our lifeline!

This is where it started getting confusing and complicated.
Dates, Venue, guests, attire, rituals, food, decorations, Dj, MC, Photo shoot, brides maid, grooms maid on and on.
List was endless. We were exhausted and burnt into about 4 months of planning and still clueless. It’s not easy to balance two different cultures - Indian + American. Period . We were literally having sleepless nights.

We just couldn’t find right help because of cultural differences. Then we saw Archyevents. God send

They had solution for almost everything. They clearly understood two cultures and came up with a blended proposal.

They made us comfortable and worked out a plan that suited both cultures in best possible way. They worked closely with us in details and developing a viable plan.

Now comes the most difficult part and weather was another key variable They did a wonderful job of executing the plan.
I don’t have enough words to say thank you but that is the least I can do to show our gratitude to Archyevents.

You made our lives easier so that we could enjoy these lifetime moments and memories.

This is our second time giving service contract to ArchyEvents. The first time when they were new in business few years back and they didn’t disappoint that time; second time is on my son’s engagement event just this week and I would say they have performed beyond our expectations – starting with day before dinner meet ups, morning breakfast, and ceremony lunch; food was delivered and setup on time promised. This is a single point service for everything – whatever is your need, they have service for all occasion; like for us ArchyEvents took care everything – tents & logistics, decoration, sound system, lights, catering, event planning that includes – decoration, tables & chairs setup, photography, mandap accessories. There motto is – don’t take stress, it’s your event, you should be enjoying to the fullest and leave everything else to us. I know ArchyEvents management since long time and I would say they listen to your needs and provide the suggestion if necessary to make the event better. If they don’t have something that you would like in your event, they will go one step further and provide the contact and make sure you get what you want. I am sure, I will be calling them for next occasion, and I would highly recommend this event company without hesitation.

He went above and beyond to make the party a huge success. The decorations were beautiful, the DJ was superb, and the audio and video arrangement were perfect.
