Positive: The room was modern and spacious. We enjoyed the convenient location and the the staff members were very courteous and helpful. Negative: My only concern is that the hotel advertisement offered a hot breakfast. What was actually offered was cold cereal, bread (no juice), and bad coffee if there was any. We bought our own coffee from the nearby 711.

We stayed here for about 2 and half months while our apartment was getting remodeled. Staff at front desk is very friendly and helpful. Pool is huge and if you had a kid like me you will love it because none one really goes to the indoor pool so it's basically all. To yourself at most times! Breakfast is great, rooms are very big and spacious. House keepers are amazing too,! And very reasonable prices.

While the location was convenient, this hotel was an embarrassment to the Quality Inn and Choice Hotels brand. The room was adequately clean, and did not smell unlike the hallways. However the floor was peeling up in spots, the bedding had holes in it, and the pillowcases looked like they had sat in the dryer for a week. All of that could have been overlooked, but the breakfast was depressing and a reflection of the rest of the hotel. Very limited options, and a bug was living in the sink in the lobby/breakfast area. It was there when I checked in and still there for breakfast in the morning. It crawled to a new place in the sink, so this was not just a dead giant bug in the sink, but what appeared to be a permanent resident. The syrup container appeared as if it had not been cleaned in months, leaving me to doubt the staff knew how to clean anything adequately. Happy to check out.

The price is good for the area. Needs a lot of work. Did hear they are being taken over by Hilton so hope they fix it up. Gym was lacking and breakfast was minimal nothing to talk about. Was pet friendly and that is what I was looking for so that was the best part.

A bit above motel quality. The walls are pretty thin. The smell isn't as bad as other reviews claim, but it's not great either. Everything is a bit dirty (a couple hairties were left on the sidetable), but hotels in the area are kinda pricey. Imo it should be more like 50 a night given the quality, but it's nice to be this close to everything. If you prefer a cleaner environment, pay an extra 20-30 a night for a better hotel, but staff are nice and it's the cheapest in town. Also bring your own soap, the bar soap body wash feels pretty gross.

Whoever gave this place five stars must have been on something or was told to. This hotel was the worst I've ever been in. I reserved a room through hotels.com for a cheaper price. But I didn't think that the service was also cheap. Perhaps I'm naive in that I've never been to a Quality Inn & Suites before. I think someone else said that the reviews are misleading, they aren't! The advertisement was misleading. Putting nice pictures up for people to see but, in reality, they are not getting good service.

1. The hand towels alone had hair on them, as though they haven't been washed.
2. The maids were lazy and didn't want to work. They barely spoke English, including the guys at the front desk.
3. One of the guys (Subu) was SLEEPING at the front desk. I had to tell the manager (Jay) was told me he was going to handle it. Anybody could have walked in and out of the hotel.
4. Their continental breakfast was pitiful. It was just toast and probably day old pastry, and a waffle machine.
5. The floor where my mother and I were staying was slightly dirty. Mostly near the corners and walls, but still.
6. There was some noise throughout the evening because of some idiots driving back and forth in the parking lot with loud engines. I understand that there is a highway nearby but the cars don't stall for too long when waiting at the light.

I only stayed during the weekend but didn't care to stay longer. It is obvious I won't be back!

Where to start. There was a bug in the sink of the breakfast area at night. It was very much alive. Stairwell smelt like someone was smoking in it, and the hallways didn't smell right as well. Hallways where covered in tiny paper shreds.
Room wasn't terrible, if "not terrible" means squeaky beds, blankets with cigarette holes, and a cold room, with a tiny bathroom, and wrinkled pillowcases. Tons of outlets so if you need to charge 10 devices that's a plus.
A hot breakfast. Sure, one waffle iron is hot. Low cereal levels, no cups, donuts in a container where anyone can just grab one. Sounds perfectly sanitary and delicious. Oh, I found a raisin in my waffle, at least, I hope it was a raisin. And that bug, it was still in the sink when I left. The sink in the breakfast area.
Overall, if you want to feel unclean, unsanitary, and creeped out, feel free to stay here, otherwise, I don't recemend. At all. Find somewhere else to stay. For your own good, please.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The place was FILTHY!! There's no hot breakfast as advertised! The breakfast area was a disgusting mess!! Never cleaned, even into the evening!! The milk was 6 days past the date. They had a dirty waffle maker - that's the only "hot item!" We couldn't get clean towels. Subu the front desk guy said they were in the wash and they don't have them available because people steal them! One garbage can in the entire room. One half roll of toilet paper. Dirty linens. Changed multiple times until we found something clean. There was a mouse in the lobby, which makes sense because the "breakfast" cereal is falling all over the floor. The garbages were never changed in the lobby, garbage flowing all over the floor. The laminate floor in the rooms was just put on over the carpet. The place should be shut down!!!!
