Great service all around. We stayed for a business meeting and the experienve was great from start to finish. Everything is clean. The people are very friendly and the food was good. Would reccommed to anyone. We stayed 3 nights and the staff are all willing to go above and beyond for all of our team.

Great place to stay, great customer service and plenty parking. Customer service was excellent, front desk, restaurant and others. Very great rooms and surroundings areas. Close to good restaurant. I will stay again next time I be in town!!

For almost two months , I stayed here in Garden Inn Hotel Danbury for business travel . I do really enjoyed my stay here . The rooms a clean , simple but will make you feel comfortable. I just wish that they have a good pillow 😅 The food in the restaurant is good . I guarantee you that you will enjoy your meal . Hotel has a mini bar too. Smoking area is clean with comfy seats plus a heater so you will not freeze while smoking during the cold season . All the staff ( including the house keepers ) of the hotel are so friendly and responsive . Everyday , coming back from work , the staff will great and welcome you back with a very happy face . A big shout out to Mr. KEN , Mr. KYLE , Ms. SHERR for always assisting me for my weekly reservations. It’s sad cz my training here in Danbury is over . But if there’s a chance to come up here in Danbury again , I will definitely choose to stay here in Hilton Garden Inn Hotel Danbury. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Well-run hotel. Highly Recommended.|The facilities are clean and well maintained, as one might expect of tis chain. The staff at the Danbury hotel were really extraordinary. Sam, the bartender, was friendly and efficient. I was surprised at how fresh and nicely prepared the crispy fried chicken cobb salad was.|Any time we're within 30 miles of Danbury, this is where we'll stay.

EDITED: after speaking to the manager. He was lovely, asked me questions, took my number, reassured me my concerns were valid. I appreciated his attention, so bumped up another star. Not as disappointed anymore. I hope to hear from him.

I am slightly disappointed in this hotel.

Was initially very happy. Called, got a room last minute, checked in and the girl at the front desk and on the phone was very kind. The room was clean and large. Asked if I could get a late checkout, she said they could give me until noon instead of 11 am, I said that was great and plenty of time!

The problem started at night. I worked a very very late and stressful night. Got back around 1 am, which I understand is late. I came back alone, quiet, and tired. However, I wanted to buy a soda to keep me up to continue working on my room. when I went to the front desk, the man just stared at me. I said " I’ll get a lemonade" he responded with "get it yourself" to be clear, I in no way expected him to get it for me. There was no one else there and I was simply telling him what I was getting so he could charge my room. Then I thought, maybe a bottle of wine would be nice after a long day. I asked him " can I grab a bottle of wine or is it too late, no worries if it is I just don't know the rules?" he responded with " I don't know. I don't even know what time it is". he then proceeded to huff around trying to get the time. He was so rude I was shocked. I remember the exact conversation because I was so surprised with how he spoke to me.

Service in this hotel is excellent! Everybody is so kind. Breakfast is made fresh at the cuisine of the hotel. Rooms are renovated but I think the rooms needs a little sound proofing. For example if someone walks at corridors or another room flushes a toiled you could hear it so loud.. Except of that it’s super organized, clean and staff is so respectful, they make sure that your comfort at it’s best. Thank you so much we really enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Staff and cleanliness. Top shelf and very willing to do anything to please. Negative: The buffet breakfast left a lot to be desired. The cost of $14.00 was ok but the quality of the food was not. Scrambled eggs were cold and dry, apparently left in the "steamer" for a while. Sausage was a bit undercooked. Bacon was ok.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for many years when I travel for work. The recent remodel and improvements were much needed and have done a lot for the hotel in terms of quality and appeal. My one consistent complaint is that this hotel is ALWAYS SO LOUD. I type this in bed as I lay awake at midnight and listen to the people across the hall drunk and screaming. It’s extremely unpleasant when I came here to rest before a day of work. To the front desk’s credit, they came up and told them they needed to be quiet after I called but 10 minutes later and they’re just as noisy. This is consistently a problem at this hotel as it appears they host wedding parties. I wish they had separate areas in the hotel designated for business professionals who want a quiet night of sleep or for the wedding parties themselves. I even specifically selected the last room on the top floor to try to pick the potentially least noisy spot as possible in anticipation of this issue but go figure, I still managed to get the worst type of neighbors across the hall. I’ll stay elsewhere next time and just drive an extra 10-15 minutes for peace and quiet.
