A few months ago I moved all of my insurance policies to Mirante Agency, and it was the best move I made. So professional. Such fast phone service and communication is always clear and precise. Demerson is always so helpful with any questions/concerns regarding my policy, but the rest of the staff is also very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Nice to your face and then scam you in the end! My husband and I were being charged $120 MORE than our new insurance policy WITH the same coverage! Good luck finding someone who speaks ENGLISH and is able to look your policy up correctly when you question them about it!

I called and was informed that they would be working from home but one staff member would be in the building to accept cash payments, when I showed up no one was there and I was inormed to deposit my payment at their bank. When I called, Jessica was not very helpful, just kept repeating the same thing over and over again and not listening to anything I was trying to say until I had to ask to speak with someone else. He was not as rude but no more helpful. I guess I will be looking for another insurance company.
