Operators are extremely negligent. Saw this ship from the tour company blindly plowing through water with lots of snorkelers passing just feet away from them. Irresponsible and dangerous behavior.

I bought my tickets through their website for the inside adventure tour but when I arrived for the tour I was told I couldn't take the tour with my 8 month old on my lap. Before I booked I read on their website that infants where allowed on an adult’s lap but I was told that policy changed a month before and now they don't allow kids under 5 on the tour. They did not update their website to show the new policies and there was nothing posted on their booth about this new policy. I had to stay behind with the baby while the rest of my family went on the tour. Very frustrating and disappointing.
