Words are not going to do Amy and her amazing work justice, but I’ll try anyway! Amy was the first vendor we hired for our wedding, over a year out from our big day, and she made everything, and I do mean everything, as stress free and flawless as possible.
Our first big task together was selecting vendors. We would chat about what we wanted, then she would curate a list of 3-5 vendors for us to select. Not having to comb through a list of hundreds of options was such a relief. Amy handled all the contracting and back and forth from the day we selected a vendor up to our wedding, she took care of paperwork, scheduling, insurance, all of those things you don’t even think of. Possibly my favorite part of working with Amy was when we started discussing decor. Amy totally got our vision and came to our first design meeting with so many great options already mocked up. I’ll never forget our calls chatting about small details, Amy knew I wanted to be part of the design process and she included me in every step (looking back she included me in all the fun parts and took all the stressful work on herself!).
Lastly, I’d be remiss not to talk about the wedding weekend itself. All of this planning would have been useless without perfect execution and wow did Amy deliver. Our vendors had a shorter than normal timeline to get our tent set up and decorated, but Amy didn’t let it phase her. I’m not sure if she even slept in the days running up to the wedding. Her dedication and hard work was so impressive and she pulled it off. Everyone keeps asking me “if everything went smoothly” the day of our wedding and my response has been “it went smoothly for me, if anything went wrong, my planner didn’t let on”.
If you want a planner that’s going to help you create your dream wedding, take so much stress off your shoulders, and become a friend and confidant in the process, then I cannot recommend Amy enough.

My mom hired Amy Champagne Events to help plan my wedding remotely. We worked with Lindsey, who was INCREDIBLE from start to finish. I have NO idea how we would have pulled off such a beautiful wedding without Lindsey! She listened to our vision and totally nailed it!!!! Every step of the way, she was there to help and was super responsive. She was an excellent listener and planner -- and took soooo much of the worry out of the planning. She works incredibly well with vendors and was at all times highly professional, diplomatic, creative, charismatic, and kind. On the wedding day, she and her team went above and beyond to make me and the entire wedding party feel so taken care of, and everything ran seamlessly. Lindsey of the ACE team took care of our 200-person rainy wedding last weekend. We cannot say enough good things about her and her team. The entire day I felt completely taken care of so I actually got to relax and just really enjoy our wedding day. Not only that, I got to relax the entire month leading up to our wedding because we had hired her for month of coordination. She had to organize a lot that day in poor weather and she did it seamlessly. Amy Champagne was the best thing we spent our money on for our wedding. Highly recommended!

We absolutely LOVED working with Amy and her team during the entire planning process and day of our wedding- we could not recommend Amy Champagne Events enough! Our ceremony and reception were in two different states (about an hour drive) which added a level of anxiety. Amy and her team (especially Lindsey) had everything prepared and the day couldn’t have gone smoother. Amy did everything ! Amazing Experience! Lindsey and Amy worked with me to customize my contract to fit my needs. The price was reasonable, specially compared to some other planners. Then Lindsey took over as my wedding planner who was amazing. It's nice to have someone on your side every step of the way. From organizing venders to offering sound advise to my husband and I. I also appreciated their responsiveness and availability. When it came to the day of, not only did Lindsey and her team keep everything/everyone organized, but they were able to created my dream wedding. It was really cool to think of what I wanted in my head and then to have them execute it flawlessly. And I happen to be very OCD about the way I want things. Lindsey even lent me some beautiful taillight jars and matching chargers that finished off my design perfectly. Our wedding was perfect and a big thanks to Lindsey and Amy Champagne Events.
