THE BEST OF THE BEST! Brandon and I were recommended Meagan from one of our friends who is in the wedding business. From day one we knew we had someone special but Meagan went above and beyond what we could even imagine. It was by far the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. Brandon and I live in California, we thought planning a wedding in Arizona would be a challenge but Meagan was on top of everything. She made the whole wedding planning process more fun than stressful. She has exceptional knowledge, strong relationships with vendors who deliver, endless patience and the ability to work calmly through all the things including a pandemic. Meagan made us feel heard every step of the way. She gave great suggestions and was always just an email or call away when we had any last minute questions. We chose to get married at Brandon's parents house and let me tell you she took my vision and made it come to life even better than I pictured. I can truly say she made a home turn into a venue in the blink of our eyes, It was magical.

Victoria, is part of Meagans team and she was our day of coordinator. WOW was she great! I never had to worry about anything all day because she was always two steps ahead of everyone else! She made us feel so comfortable giving us pep talks throughout the day. Reminding us consistently to take it all in! She is your instant best friend and all around a go-getter!

We received endless compliments from our families and guests on how kind and helpful Meagan and Victoria were all day long! I truly miss both of them. Our wedding day was even more than I could have imagined. We are extremely blessed to have been able to work with Meagan and her team.

Meagan Crain was hands down the best money we spent on our wedding. I can’t imagine having planned it without her. My husband and I were planning our Tucson wedding from New York, and we needed someone who was organized, knew the local vendors, and could execute. Meagan delivered on all of those levels. In particular, there are two things that make Meagan a phenomenal wedding planner. First, she is extremely professional and organized, she delivers quickly, has amazing attention to detail, and is very responsive in her communication. She doesn’t waste time on things that aren’t important to you. My husband and I are both busy and were looking for someone who could keep us in check and make sure things got done. Meagan was that person for us. Second, she has an amazing eye for design. Our wedding was beyond beautiful, and it’s because Meagan was able to take our vague ideas and turn them into a cohesive design that was elegant, timeless and tasteful. I appreciate beautiful design but don’t really know how to create it, and that’s where Meagan stepped in. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Meagan Crain & her staff are PHENOMENAL! I had no idea how much attention & detail was necessary to plan a wedding. Thankfully, Meagan gave us a timeline and advised when decisions needed to be made (she will communicate reminders based on your preference ( phone/ text/ email) to keep you on schedule- this is something I 100% needed). She gave us options based on our vision and was always courteous of our budget. Meagan made our dreams come true. I had some different ideas for decor that had never been done at my venue/ were not easy to accomplish. Meagan worked with all of the vendors and our venue to make things happen. I was making last minute changes up to a few days before the wedding that she and her staff easily accommodated.

Meagan and her staff are truly amazing and so much fun to work with. All of the stress involved with planning the wedding was alleviated. They made our wedding unforgettable and everything we wanted!!

Crain + Co Events is all you need for your big day (well...and your soon-to-be spouse, of course!). From the day we met the team, they were professional, detail oriented, and well organized. They have years of experience in the field and were able to help us to think through details we never could have imagined. Working with the team was seamless from start to finish. Some of the things we loved the most were: (1) The high level of detail and organization Crain + Co brought to our meetings (2) Crain + Co's efficient and timely coordination with our vendors (3) The team's ability to cross off items from our to-do list (4) One of my personal favorites - on the day of, I happened to walk by two of the team members. They were quick to offer support in bustling my dress before guests arrived to the reception. Little did they know, my bridesmaids had never done this before and but were willing to give it their best try! It truly is like Crain + Co knows how to help even if it is not spoken out loud. (5) After the wedding, we had many people ask "how it went" and if there were "any snags". We truly could not think of any. We are so grateful to Crain + Co for executing a seamless event!
