We took a large group out on the Schooner Aurora for a rehearsal day lunch sail for our son’s wedding weekend in July 2024. It was an incredible sail! We had people of all ages and the crew was great with everyone! The kids were allowed to steer the ship:) We had a casual lunch aboard which was delicious- especially the chocolate chip cookies!!
It was a gorgeous was to see Newport and a wonderful addition to the wedding weekend! Would do it again!

Had a great sail on the Schooner Aurora with added measures to prevent the spread COVID-19. The crew was a pleasure and made our Sunday bunch sail a wonderful experience out of Newport. As a couple, we were first screened with a health questionnaire before boarding, seated with 6 foot spacing between us and other parties and, as restaurants are handled, mask-less when seated and wearing masks when moving about. Crew was wearing masks with the same guidelines. They were skilled, capable and accommodating serving us 3 drinks each and the included food (individual bags). The pastry, fruit and drinks were good. The egg w pepper and cheese was ... fair, but not bad enough for me to downgrade to 4 stars. I recommend this enjoyable 2 hour cruise highly.

Recently went on the morning sail with mimosas and bloody marys. The staff was welcoming and given COVID-19, ensured we were all spaced out and given ample room to enjoy the sail. It’s a fun experience for newbies and those that want to get a glimpse of other boats.

The crew was very knowledgeable and shared background on many of the places we were looking at on the shoreline. The views of the bridge from the water are spectacular. We had a great time being out on the water!

We did our welcome party for our wedding weekend on the Schooner Aurora! The team was amazing and made the entire boat ride so fun! We brought our own food and drinks, but they provided us with plates, napkins, ice, coolers, and cups! They also had a Bluetooth speaker so we could play music! It was so much fun! I highly recommend booking with them!!

Scheduled a brunch mimosa cruise weeks in advance for our anniversary. They called less than an hour before departure to cancel, refunded payment but didn’t offer any tours or discounts on future tours.. I do no recommend this boat, pick another one there are plenty.

They cancelled our wedding charter that was only a few weeks away and was planned for 9 months. They did not notify us the boat was in an accident until weeks before our charter for our wedding even though it happened a few months ago.
