This was a great week in Madeira. Raphael, our tour planner was fun to be with. Our tour guide on land,Delores was outstanding. We had a sick tourist and Delores was outstanding with assist. The New Years dinner and fire works
Was the best. The island tour

Needs improvement. Overall, I would recommend the island trip and think it is well organized

We had an amazing trip !! Our travel agent set us up and each part of the trip was a very easy comfortable process. Just a big thank you to Elise & the entire team for making our family trip to Portugal memorable. All tours that were set up in advance went so well. Also it was nice to have a contact in Lisbon that could be called when necessary!
Accommodations were good with a couple of minor glitches with the air B&B.
Overall couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We used Azur Travel out of Fall River Ma recently for a seven night trip to the Azores visiting the islands of Terceira and Sao Miguel and had an incredible experience with life time memories created. The islands have incredible natural beauty and the trip itself was extremely affordable. We worked with Elisa from Azur Travel and she put the entire trip together for us which included airfare, hotels, guided day trip excursions, and restaurant recommendations. Highlights of the trip included guided day trips to volcanoes, lagoons, the sea coast, traditional restaurant meals, canyoning, tea plantations, pineapple plantations and whale watching. Azur Travel’s intimate knowledge of the islands made everything seem less and relaxed!

I highly recommend the New Years Eve tour to Madeira with Tour Azores. Tour Azores’ Travel Agent, Elisa de Melo was beyond helpful with booking my trip. I traveled alone and felt so safe in Madeira and very welcomed on the tour. The itinerary by Tour Azores was well-planned, offering a perfect blend of history, culture, and relaxation. Our tour director, tour guide and bus driver were outstanding, professional, organized, and always ensuring our group had the best experience possible which included the medical concerns that arose on the trip. The 2024-2025 New Years Eve Gala at Pestana Casino Park Hotel was truly a night to remember. I really enjoyed cocktail hour, the five course meal, the live performances from various bands and to the after fireworks party.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful trip to the Azores arranged by Rafael. Every connection went without a hitch, hotels were well-selected, shuttle drivers on all 3 islands were on time and interesting. It was a fabulous, stress-free vacation!
