Jamie and the rest of the agent were absolutely wonderful to work with! We planned a Mediterranean cruise, with about 30 of our friends and family. While we were on the cruise at one of our ports we had a wedding ceremony. She helped point us in the right direction for everything we needed. She also booked hotels and flights for the few days beforehand in Rome. Any outside excursions she gave recommendations of different companies and they were all amazing! She helped take much of the stress away making sure everyone taken care of.

Jamie was absolutely amazing in her guidance in helping my entire family of 18 plan a trip to the DR that we will all remember forever!!!! She recommended The Hilton Resort which is an all inclusive. The resort is beautiful and the people were wonderful. Jamie also helped me and my husband plan our destination 25th Wedding Anniversary Vow Renewal. Growing up in the era that we did, my husband and I didn’t even realize travel agencies were still thriving. But for our international honeymoon to Italy, we wanted to see if it would be worth it. As soon as Jamie picked up the phone, I was sold! After we booked and set the dates, there was a mishap on the other end that would have thrown a wrench in our entire trip. Huge thanks to Jamie for her help with my Caribbean wedding earlier this month. When Hurricane Fiona unfortunately ravaged through the Caribbean, Jamie made sure to have a plan B for my wedding with absolutely no impacts at all to our planned trip! I have used quite a few travel agencies in the past and was never satisfied until I came across Jamie and her team and Detailed Destinations. We booked a cruise and Jamie worked with my parents and I to ensure we were able to get the best deal, she even let us know after booking when the price came down so we could save money. I have a gluten allergy and I feel very comfortable knowing that I will be accommodated while we are away. I called this travel agency over two weeks ago about planning a trip and was told I’d receive an email with information. I never did. I wouldn’t recommend this travel agency at all! No communication whatsoever and I think they completely forgot about me. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Talk about service! Jamie and her team are rockstars and professionals.
