I have made travel reservations with Budget Tours and Travel Bureau for many years. There is one constant through all these years - the customer service ethic of Harris and his team. Definitely top notch! They are friendly, prompt and sharp. Harris and team manage to find fares that are better than online flight search websites. My son is minor and he is about to travel with my friend, I was planned to bring my son to the USA along with him, we tried to book the ticket at the last minute, But the flight is full for that particular day, I was really upset and confused what to do, I requested Harris to help me to get the ticket for my son.
