Nice plaza restrooms were clean. I was met by a man walking out of the women's restroom, which kind of threw me off because I thought I was in the men's restroom. He apologized and was embarrassed. (I am sure by his reaction it was a mistake.) But as I was going to the restroom, another man came in and went into the stall next to me. I'm not sure if this is the norm for this location. I got McDonald's, and the lady didn't understand English, which was kind of frustrating, but honestly, I was just grateful they were still open so I could eat.

Cute little stop. They have gasoline. They also have Dunkin’ Donuts, Subway, McDonald’s, chipotle, Sbarro, a restroom, a payphone, and a couple of tables to eat at. They have a beautiful walkway in the middle so you don’t have to go through the parking lot to get across. Definitely a good variety. Also McDonald’s is inside and has a drive-through. There is an old town convenience store and a Citibank.

The whole building in and out has a nice clean modern look to it! They feature a lot of nice resturants like Dunkin’, SBarro, and Subway on the inside, plus their bathrooms are in great condition! This is the place to stop if you need a little break from driving or just something to eat!

This is addressed to the CEO of McDonalds who allow franchises to charge any price they want.
I had missed breakfast and went to the drive thru at this Service Area. A Combo 2 hamburger meal
Was $17.87 cents.
Too many onions, greasy cold fries and a syrupy Diet Coke!

NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO TO ANOTHER MCDONALDS ANYWHERE!

This was literally “Highway Robbery.”

Stop issuing promises on the Today show and take control of your company. Stop this insanity

They have Tesla charger, McDonald's, Sbarro, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, Chipotle, Taco Bells, It's Sugar fix and Best Buy Express.

Unfortunately they don't have enough parking spot for semi trucks.

I visited Dunkin’ Donuts to procure a decaffeinated coffee, utilizing the self-service kiosk to facilitate my order. Upon retrieving the beverage, I discovered it was, in fact, regular coffee. I promptly informed the server of the discrepancy; however, rather than addressing my concern, she became combative and obstinate, insisting that I had ordered regular. Her defensiveness and refusal to engage in a constructive dialogue revealed a troubling lack of professionalism and customer service acumen.

Instead of seeking a resolution, she dismissed my grievance with an air of disdain. Ultimately, feeling exasperated and disrespected, I discarded the coffee, as I could not trust that she would rectify the mistake. It is disheartening to witness such a profound deficiency in courtesy and an unwillingness to assist customers in resolving minor issues.
