To put into words what Caitlin did for us is nearly impossible. She wasn't just there as a day of wedding coordinator, I truly felt like she was there as my friend, my backbone, my supporter and cheerleader. If I can convince anyone of spending money a specific way for their wedding I would 1 million percent recommend hiring a coordinator and most especailly, Caitlin. Caitlin was the perfect planner for our wedding. I come from the planning industry, so I can be a control freak, but the second I met Caitlin, I was at ease. I knew I could trust her to make my day perfect. The pre-planning process was so easy with her. She was incredibly organized and just so easy to work with. My day was pretty DIY and Caitlin made every detail perfect, I didn't have to think about anything and she was so attentive to me that day... she was a real-life dream. We had to completely re-plan our wedding 3 months before our wedding day which was extremely stressful. Caitlin not only helped plan but she was directly in contact with vendors getting us quotes and figuring out details up to our date. On top of making the ‘day of’ so easy for us, all of our guests said it was one of the smoothest weddings they’ve been to. She is extremely organized, very kind, and she made it so easy to not care about anything on the wedding day because she took care of everything. She will make it so you actually get to enjoy your day and not worry about anything else. There are a lot of planners out there but you will not regret choosing Caitlin!
