Adding another review for my wedding.
I used Beyond Amazing Events for our photobooth and draping. It turned out beautiful and they were so professional! Our guests loved our photobooth. Tons of props and printed photos on site. We were able to customize our filter and had a day in the backdrop used. After the wedding, we got a flash drive of all our guests photos as well. 10/10 would recommend for any wedding or event.

I attended a baby shower for a friend put on by Beyond Amazing Events, and wow! The theme was so cute and executed so so well!! It was exactly what the mother to be would have wanted! The food was delicious and the dessert buffet was just too fun! I will certainly keep Beyond Amazing Events in mine for any big events I have in the future!! The owners so so friendly and professional. Plus they even made the CUTEST invites that 1) matched the theme me and 2) helped build the excitement for the shower. 10/10 would recommend

I found Lisa at Beyond Amazing Events via a web search and reached out to her to discuss a groundbreaking event. The entire event was planned by phone and email as I am located in Texas, not locally. Our date was pushed several times and Lisa was so understanding and patient! When we finally did nail down the date, her team did an excellent job bringing our plans to life and were so easy to work with. I received updates and photos of the set up via text message the morning of the event which I didn't expect but very much appreciated! If we have any other events in the Tucson area, we will definitely use Beyond Amazing Events! Can't recommend them enough!

The name speaks for itself, BEYOND AMAZING! Do not look any further for an event coordinator, you will not be sorry! Lisa was beyond amazing, including her staff. They made sure my wedding went smoothly and dealt with anything and everything that could possibly happen, with grace! Lisa was there with me from the beginning of my wedding to the end, ensuring that everything moved the way that I wanted it too. She was extremely detailed, professional, communicative, patient, imaginative, and such a skilled multitasker, along with so many more qualities! Lisa is everything you want in an event coordinator and is such a brilliant and lovely individual to work with. If anyone is prepared for the job, it is Lisa with Beyond amazing !

Las Vegas

I attended a friend’s destination wedding in Orlando, FL at Disney World. This entire event was put together by Beyond Amazing Events out of Tucson, AZ. Wow, I don’t even know where to start. From the invitations, to the party gift bags, to decorations and centerpieces, and from the reception to the wedding dinner…every detail was so well thought out. The theme was Disney Carnival through and through. There was a super cute photo booth and a candy buffet. The dance portion of the evening included Minnie and Mickey Mouse coming out to dance too! I got to take photos with them.

On a side note, even though they didn’t provide the food, they ensured that I had a vegan meal…and it was DELICOUS! This was also the case for the Mad Hatter Ladies Luncheon and for the rehearsal dinner which was themed towards Lady and the Tramp. I’m always impressed when someone takes into consideration dietary restrictions.

I was very impressed and would recommend them any time.

We hired Beyond Amazing Weddings and Events for my sister's wedding, and we could not have imagined a more perfect day! Wedding day is always extremely stressful, but we really did not have any need to worry with this company. The day-of coordination was practically seamless, and it was so nice to know that the decor for the reception was being completely taken care of. There was an awesome photo booth that guests were able to use, and it was the most unique way to document the day. The props included were so cute, too, and really made the pictures. My sister was so happy that her special day was so perfect!

A month before my first born arrived, Beyond Amazing Events threw me the most incredible baby shower. When I walked in I was in tears and it took me a couple minutes to take everything in! From the decor to the food to the intricate details, I felt like I had just walked into a fairytale. My baby shower was Paris-themed and without even hopping on an airplane I felt like I was transported there. Tres bón!

Lisa and Kristen put so much effort and *LOVE* into every single detail. Our guests were blown away by how beautiful everything was. It’s a memory I’ll have forever and I cannot wait to show my daughter the photos one day.
