Being a type A, attention to detail bride, I did not know if I truly needed a wedding planner, however my wedding day would have not been possible without Jessica! We made the best decision hiring Jessica as our wedding coordinator. I was looking for a day of coordinator and ended up hiring her for Month of Coordinator services and it was one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process.

Jessica is one of the most down to earth, attentive, professional, and organized wedding professionals I ever met. She was exactly the kind of person you want running your day. She listened to each and every request, idea, and concern we had and collaborated with us to make sure we got everything we wanted leading up to and on the day of the wedding.

I had some very specific things I wanted to do at the wedding and my husband and I were super explicit about being able to spend as much time as possible with our guests. While others we spoke to kept pushing us to do a template/standard wedding timeline, Jessica listened to our ideas and gave her expert advice and worked with us to end up with a timeline that achieved everything we wanted.

I found that in the wedding vendor world there were many professionals who start to see each wedding as the same as the last and I was worried about hiring someone as important as a coordinator who would not understand us as the couple or what we wanted. All those worries went away when we first met with Jessica.

My mom even mentioned that hiring a coordinator was extremely helpful for her as it really lessened the work she or friends and family had to do the week and day of and that is EXACTLY why I hired her. Thank you Jessica for being the best Wedding Coordinator!!

JRobertson events made our wedding planning more fun, less stressful, and more elevated. We hired Jess for her month of coordination services. From our first call, she became our friendly go-to for everything wedding related. Jess showed up to our wedding tasting, met with us before the wedding day, and was there the full day of our wedding. From helping coordinate hair and makeup across two rooms to making sure our reception set up met our colorful desert dreams to helping us find where we could get a ring cleaner, Jess was there and with a smile. She has an incredible skill for detail, organization, and has the perfect personality for working with brides.

My husband and I were also planning our Tucson wedding from New York and Jess made the process 100% seamless. She helped us by connecting us with local vendors, moving things around on the ground that we didn’t have access to, and handling communication with each of our vendors. I joked with her she should become a full time destination bride coordinator because of how much she helped us from far away. On the day of, all of our family and friends noticed Jess working behind the scenes to execute a flawless coordinated timeline including getting ready, first look, ceremony, cocktail hour, first dance, dinner, and other traditions.

She was so responsive to my many questions, and made the entire weekend so beautiful and fun. The vendors that I asked for referrals for were spot on. I appreciated her enthusiasm and frankness. When I was not sure what to do with the flower budget, she had a great solution that saved me several thousand dollars.
