We hired WT Rental & Services LLC for our wedding on Friday, May 17th, 2024. Once we decided to host the wedding ourselves, we knew finding the right rental company was the most important step before anything else. Through WT Rental & Services LLC, we rented the tent, tables, chairs, tablecloths, benches, lighting, dance floor, and glassware. Mr. Rand made my wedding day incredible! After my fiancé proposed, Mr. Rand met with us right away to determine our needs. He was prepared, professional, and gave us many different options that were all in our price range. We quickly decided on white garden chairs, a trellis, a pole tent, wooden tables, and a dance floor for our outside wedding and ceremony. He was very familiar with local vendors and provided recommendations for reliable and cost-effective alcohol, catering, and DJ services. He even sent me an email that same night with a design scheme for the reception already created and a detailed budget plan for my review. In the months that led up to the wedding, he was easily reachable by phone, text, or email. We had a few changes to the type of tent and arrangement of the ceremony aisle, and Mr. Rand was so flexible he adjusted everything as soon as I requested it. He offered us discounts and multiple options whenever possible. There were no surprises and he never tried to talk us into anything expensive. In fact, he pointed out cost-saving alternatives to some of our ideas. He went above and beyond in facilitating our wedding planning. He even came to our rehearsal to give tips on the entrance and exit of the wedding party as well as the best spots for pictures. He arrived promptly a few days before the wedding and spent hours setting up the tent with his team. My husband called me and said Mr. Rand was a "machine" and a "perfectionist" and that I would absolutely love the care he put into arranging the reception area. The morning of my wedding he again arrived promptly to assist my husband and the bridal party in setting up the chairs, tables, displays, bar, catering area, dance floor, and DJ booth. He thought of everything, including outdoor heaters in case it the temperature dropped and fancy outdoor bathroom so as not to overwork the indoor plumbing. I spent my wedding morning relaxing and free of worry because I knew Mr. Rand would be diligent, responsible, and detail-oriented. Everything looked absolutely incredible, and he didn’t leave the wedding until the bride gave her stamp of approval. If you book him for your event, you will be delighted with his services. I offer him my highest recommendation. Hire this man!

If we could give 10 stars we would! From the beginning, Taylor was accommodating and attentive, carefully planning with us to take on a huge wedding setup at a challenging property. When we came to wedding week, he and his team attacked the challenge and did anything and everything to pull off a perfect delivery. WT Rental is everything a wedding planner could ask for in a vendor -- smart, flexible and incredibly hard working. Bravo Taylor and crew!

I cannot say enough good things about Taylor and the rest of the WT team. Taylor was so helpful throughout my entire wedding planning process, and he and his team helped to make it the tented wedding of our dreams. For reference, we had a 200-person outdoor wedding under a large sailcloth tent and Taylor's team also did the installation of lighting, dancefloor, stage, reception tables, chairs, cocktail tables, ceremony setup, and a beautiful handmade white outdoor bar. He also set up an adjoining cook tent for our caterer and provided generators and other power sources for our band. Not only was Taylor incredibly helpful and supportive with all my questions, requests, and updates (including countless phone calls, emails, and an in-person site visit for us to go through everything), my caterer also complimented on how accommodating & easy to work with Taylor and his team were on the day of our wedding. Finally, Taylor was very knowledgeable and provided great recommendations as we were planning our wedding and he was very fair with his pricing and helped work within our budget the best he could. I am so glad that we chose to work with WT Rentals and would highly recommend them!
