Michael works the front desk at EHP Resort. He is a very amenable and accommodating person who possesses an extremely humble and welcoming spirit. His personal attention to detail was well appreciated. We received excellent support and care from Michael. He helped us secure a very favorable one night stay and above standard cottage size for a last minute reservation.

We went to East Hampton for my birthday. We chose EHP Marina because we fell in love with the cottages and all the facilities of the hotel. It did not disappoint.|The rooms are bright, comfy, cozy. The restaurants in the hotel are great, and we also loved the personalized attention we received for all our needs.|Even before arriving, Michael took care of helping us with arrangements, and once there, he was attentive to give us recommendations, help us make reservations, and even to get a car to drive us around.|We would definitively go back.

This property is not worth the prices they charge. My friend and I booked a two-bedroom cottage for 4 nights. We were charged peak season rates at the time of the booking despite the fact that we were well outside the peak time. Once we were taken by the front desk associate, Michael, to our unit, we discovered there was a great disparity between the bedrooms. One was relatively nice but showing signs of wear and tear and the other one was considerably smaller, not nearly as nice and was right below another unit with paper thin walls and ceiling. We could hear regular volumed voices as if they were in our room. The kitchen area was not as advertised, the front door lock did not work and you had to enter via the lesser bedroom, and the furniture looked worn out. When we asked Michael to change rooms, he and the other associate at the front reception, Loric , were completely unhelpful and gave us excuse upon excuse as to why transferring our accommodation to the less expensive hotel rooms was impossible. Understand we were literally losing money on our reservation by the "downgrade" and not requesting an adjustment in our rates. Michael said that the "manager of the whole property" Ms. Ruchi Sura was unable to be reached by phone so he was only able to email her our complaint and request. This process dragged on for over an hour. I was finally given her email address and wrote to her directly, copying Michael on the email. She never responded to me. Only after re visiting Michael who was now alone in the front office area and making it clear that our only options were to reverse charges for the cottage with our credit card was he magically able to move us to our alternate rooms. This made for an unnecessarily stressful first day on this property. If everything went well after that change was made, we would have chalked it up to a rough beginning and moved on. However, the overall upkeep of the resort is lacking. Light bulbs were missing or not working, plumbing issues in the shower and the fact that there was no one at all on the property after 5 pm was truly unacceptable. My advice to you fellow traveler is to avoid this property.

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Management was welcoming and responsive. The property is beautiful and our private cottage was well appointed and comfortable. We had tea in the cafe every morning at the harbor and played tennis. Highly recommend. It’s a hidden gem for sure.

The suite was absolutely beautiful, clean, with lovely fireplaces that kept the place cozy. My friends and I had a great time. Michael at reception and the housekeeping team also went above and beyond to help mail an item back to me that I left at the resort. Thank you, EHP team!

Extremely clean, well appointed and quiet. They are pet friendly as well, providing bowls and a dog bed upon our arrival. I was updated constantly during our trip of any changes as they occurred and access to the cottage was easy.

We spent 3 days with the family at the resort, yes it is expensive but the experience is well worth it. The very nice rooms, the attentive service and atmosphere. The service and people at the resort is what elevates the whole experience. They remember you and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and at home. In addition, you get pampered with nice amenities that are useful. Overall this was a truly excellent experience and will definitely come back next year! Thanks to Loric, Ruchi and the whole team around !

My wife and I had a great time at the EHP resort. Our Bungalo was very nice with a large deck. Pool was very relaxing with available seating at any time of the day. Will definitely be back.
