Just returned from a tour to the Vancouver (BC) awuarium. Worst tour I've ever taken. Bellair apparently didn't check with the Aquarium, which would have pointed out that the scheduled time was in the middle of school March Holdiays in BC. As a result, the aquarium was packed with small school-age children (at least 100) in various groups. It was very difficult to even get close enough to the exhibits to see them, and the noise was averwhelming. This could have been minimized by scheduling the tour for a different week. I addition, the tour scheduled a totally unecessary (and un wanted) side trip to Tim Hortons' on the retutn trip. This delayed the return by at least 30 minutes. When we arrived at the aquarium, the driver informed the passengers that he would return to pick us up at 1:45 - in fact, he didn't return until 2:15.

In all the trip was poorly planned and will be my last trip with Bellair.

I’ve taken several trips with Bellair Tours, and they do not disappoint. Lori the tour guide works tirelessly to make sure everything runs smoothly for everyone. I wish I could go on every trip they offer!
