Our driver, Bill, was excellent. He was not only professional but also kind and attentive to everyone on our bus. I felt very safe and comfortable during our very long drive through the mountains. He was knowledgeable about the areas we traveled as well. The patience he demonstrated throughout the four days we traveled with him (on a bus full of rowdy middle schoolers) is exceptionally noteworthy, never once did it waiver. He always welcomed us back from each stop with a smile and genuine joy. People like him make the world a truly pleasant place. Thank you, Bill for an amazing trip!!

My son recently went on the 8th grade DC trip. He had a good time, his favorite part was the bus, and Philadelphia

I was not a chaperone, but I knew several of the moms that went and were sending pictures and from their reports and for my eighth graders report, they had an absolutely incredible time! They are happy with the bus conditions the drivers tour guides the accommodations the bed was comfy The only thing that got confusing is the terminology between vouchers until Card. My kid was making food purchases coming off there till card when they should’ve been using vouchers other than A++

Overall, it was a great experience. Minor adjustments would make it perfect in the future (change the fudge shop to a different one, the kids didn't like the fudge, and no kid likes white chocolate pecan fudge either). Also, more kid friendly bus meals like turkey or chicken, the kids didn't like pork sandwiches or the Mac n Cheese. Excursions were great and the buses were wonderful. It was well thought out and planned.

My son had a great time on this trip! He got to see so much history in DC and make memories with his friends before entering high school. He also got to fly on a plane which he’d only done once before. I remember doing this trip in high school so nostalgic a little - wish I could have chaperoned but too expensive - chaperones should get a discount. I love the photo but would have been nice if it was packaged flat or framed. His got folded up so I will have to try to get the creases out. Trip app was great too!

There were great aspects of this trip, but the overall take away was that there were too many blunders to overlook. We were rushed at almost every spot we were at - attraction or meal. We were rushed at dinners - and planning dinner at 6:00 p.m. on a Friday at Union Station is a recipe for disaster. I am shocked all children were still accounted for. Our bus did not have tickets that we needed for the zoo (and it did not have a bus drop off pass). Pick-up locations were changed last minute forcing chaperone groups to run to make the bus (25 minute difference). Saturday was a colossal waste of time - driving to Annapolis, back to Arlington, back to Maryland for dinner. We wasted almost 4 hours in a bus traveling that day (not to mention that was our last day so we had a long bus ride home). Our driver kept getting lost, almost in an accident, and needed a bus buddy to complete the trip.

Excellent service, communication and execution. Very well managed from planning, to prep, to managing the actual trip. Brady was our main contact and absolutely wonderful. Will definitely use Student Adventures again for school trips!
