Nice quiet comfortable room. Some reviews were bad so we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the place was. Clean and very quiet. Check in was quick and pleasant. Met some nice other guests also. Overall it was a good experience. We only stayed one night but if our trip was longer we would have used the pool too but time didn't allow it

Horrible experience. The room was dirty. The fan on the climate control unit was full of dust and hair. I refused to use it causing the room to get cold during the night. The walls are paper thin allowing sounds of intimacy to enter our room and keep us up. I have seen bigger inflatable pools than the one on the premises. The breakfast bar had nothing but a few slices of bread and a couple of Danish. I won't be returning.

Two stars for "it exists, the room smelled fine, the bedroom had vinyl plank flooring so I didn't have to worry about grimy carpet, and my car didn't get broken into or hit". But the lobby smells like cigarettes, the place is obviously run-down, and there was hair in the bathroom when I arrived. Other reviews make it clear that this place is a dump, but for my purposes it was a *cheap* dump very close to a wedding venue. You get what you pay for.

So I was driving from Roanoke Virginia to Cape Cod this week and looked on Google Maps for a room, soon as I saw Baymont by Wyndham I clicked call because Google said I could get a room for $80.00 plus tax which compared to all the others I knew would be worth it since we only needed it for about 10 hours, the only thing that bothered me was the door to the room seemed old and had a half inch gap between it and the frame , it squeaked pretty loud too, other than that the room was absolutely perfect and the dude at the front desk, same guy that answered the phone 3 hours before I got there guaranteed the price and was very polite , quick, easy going, and we were checked in less than 2 minutes after arriving in the parking lot. This little hotel will be my go-to on my next trips to Massachusetts.. got a good night's sleep, plenty of hot water, no bugs, no zombies begging outside, and no noisy neighbors, in fact it was so quiet I thought we were there alone... yup. Definitely will go back.

Stayed with a group, for a sporting event. I should have looked at the reviews. The hotel is a dump, the rooms honestly aren't "that" terrible but they have the AC set in such a way that you can't really cool the room down so it's not all that comfortable. The hallway wreak of cigarettes and weed. Thankfully we're in and out. I wouldn't even shower.

Worst hotel stay in nearly 20 years of travel.||PROS:|Pleasant staff. (Would've bumped stay to 1.5/5 if halves were an option)||CONS: |• Stained bedsheets.|• Damaged comforter. Replacements were no better.|• Dried up urine stained mattress cover discovered after removing fitted bedsheet.|• Lamp shade with spider webs.|• Room phone and receiver were dirty|• Nasty office chair. |• And more.||It gave hints of the aftermath of an adult film set.||The room door next to ours was left ajar. After a few hours that night I closed it. The next morning before canceling my stay it was open again. Potential safety concern. Were staff/others sleeping in there?||Poor representation of Wyndham, even as an affiliate. ||Called Wyndham Customer Care who told me they'd follow up with the hotel and the hotel was to contact me with a resolution within three days. No one ever called or emailed. Followed up with Customer Care and was told my case was closed and any discussion their Field Operations Team had with the hotel was "confidential." No more Baymont or Wyndham for us. At least I got an apology, right?

Large, Clean rooms, affordable. Bell to get front desk staff is weird but fine. Breakfast “options” are cold, or tear open and drop in toaster.😟 Bad coffee is ONLY beverage.😩(Sky diner near is good, and lots better options nearby.) business park/light industrial area so boring and 15-20 minutes into New Haven.
