We had an incredible experience working with Sheraton Hartford South Hotel. Magical Memories Entertainment provided DJ services for an event there, and everything went perfectly.

The venue is elegant and spacious, creating an ideal atmosphere.

The staff was amazing. They were friendly, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. What really stood out was their organization and attentiveness. The team at Sheraton Hartford South regularly checked in to ensure everything was on track, which helped us deliver an exceptional experience.

What a great place to stay. The staff is super friendly. The place is super clean. The breakfast was fantastic. Rolled in at 1 am due to another bad hotel. They were nice and polite and super helpful despite the hour. I don't know how to say thank you enough. You saved my vacation and as a disabled Veteran on a fixed income it means a lot because I don't get to take them very often.

Very nice location, hotel was great. Very quiet but pictures need to be updated. We were highly disappointed to see the hot tub filled in. It is clearly visible in the photos and one of the main reasons we had picked it. The hot tub no longer exists.

The checking was great because there was a room available for me prior to check in time. Room was clean and had a view to the pool. Breakfast is not included but available for a daily fee but parking is free. You get complimentary water in room. There is a safe and ironing board for you to use. Close to I91 exit and few blocks they have Italian Jamaican American and Indian restaurants. Front desk has a list of eating and sightseeing places. Make sure you ask.

I just want to give a shout out to the staff at this hotel! Our tour bus broke down on 91 N. the other night and they Very graciously accommodated 52 people in their lobby/bar area! I spoke with four different people at the hotel. Three the night it happened and one in the morning when I called to thank them again. They were all so pleasant and nice and made us feel very welcome. They basically rescued us from sitting in a bus on the highway for six hours!! We Literally stayed in their lobby for four hours! I can’t say enough About how nice they were! They turned a very bad situation into a much more pleasant one! I wouldn’t Hesitate to stay at this hotel based solely on the accommodating and pleasant manner of the front desk staff. ❤️

Please see the photo of what was in my sink when I got to my room. It was as disgusting as it looks. I have no idea what it was. I am generally a person who is understanding and realize that mistakes happen. However, when I mentioned this to the desk clerk the next morning I got no concern or response. If there was even a little interest and apology I would not have posted this. I am a loyal Marriott customer and presume this is an issue just with this particular hotel.

This place needs a renovation of the rooms desperately. Wallpaper coming off the walls. Desk seat has been well used and abused. Poor bathroom ventilation. The location is fantastic. AM breakfast was so-so. Staff very nice. Again for a Marriott snob with status my room was sub-par (actually well below). Window seals have failed many years ago. They are gross.

This is a nice Sheraton. Good rooms, fair prices and a good restaurant/bar. Good turkey club and chicken Caesar salad. Good cable options with Showtime premium channels. My only complaint is the elliptical machines. They are beat up and click/catch on every rotation. Makes for a rough ride when you expect the opposite. The location is good as well. Close to most of my accounts across the state of CT. Please fix the elliptical machines or get new ones 🙏✌️
