So funny how the responses from management on everyone's complaint on these reviews is the same response for each one. Is it automated, ah yeah. So sorry for your experience but no offer to provide a better experience. They charge the same price for a luxury room (non smoking) verses a smoking room. The smoking rooms are around crackheads, can't sleep when I work in the morning. Rooms have patched up walls. You give a complain because a woman is getting beat up by a man and they don't care to show up or call the cops. Yet everyone pays $500 a wk for all rooms. Manager constantly saying he doesn't care to loose business so basically you can leave if you don't like it. House keeping talk loud in the morning with no care for ppl that stay here. On their phones while on speaker. Management walk back and forth in the hallways where the non smoking rooms are constantly to monitor but don't do the same for the smoking side. They rented us a room with no peep hole leaking sink and holes on the blankets. The manager is rude constantly threatening people for example I don't care how big ppl are I will get you out for the smallest things. They rented rooms with multiple chindren running through the hallways and don't care. I will be making a complaint with the business bureau. Do not go there. Trust me it's horrible. They don't care. Why should we settle for less because we smoke. They even tried to give us a room that looked like a dungeon, no peep hole and no smoking alarm.

To be honest not sure how this place is still standing. Came here for a concert but should've just went home. This was the most ghetto motel I've ever stayed in. The handle to the shower came off. I went to the vending machine to get chips and they were all expired. Expiration date was dated for October 2024 and it is November 21 2024. The comforter had many burn holes, the window is broken, the ac/heat unit has writing on the knobs that sat heat/cool/stop. The floor felt sticky. I was awakened by someone playing hip hop music loud next door. Don't get me wrong I love hip hop but where is the courtesy for others whom are sleeping at 7 am. I will NEVER come here again I would never recommend this place to anyone who values their life.

You're gonna pay the same high price for lesser rooms if you smoke.
Nonsmoking is very nice,clean and quiet.
Along with bigger rooms,nicer bed linens and they patrol it regularly for noise.
The smoking side?plaster patches on the walls,most things are broken or hanging.
It has all the ghetto, noisy folks who don't seem to realize they're not the only ones here.
These rooms are smaller,less lighting,crappy bed coverings,wobbly dressers and all the damn noise from kids and adults who act just like them.
Have some common sense and put folks with kids all in one corner but the management and the owner DO NOT CARE AT ALL. Why do businesses not know that without us they'd have no money coming in.
I guess when all.youmgrt is rif raff and druggies in here a lot they stop caring but these people are GREEDY.

On 10 12 24 we attempted to stay here. Rooms were bug infested. If you like cockroaches this is the place for you. They were everywhere. I was amazed. The front desk guy was nice enough to give us and a few others refunds without hesitation. No excuse for this. This is more like a hotel you rent by the hour !!! Since I can't reply the "owners reply"... you apparently knew about all of these issues for months! I should of read the reviews before booking! You are pathetic!!!

Today is January 21 ,2025....The staff are horrible...... these foreign men are dishonest....I was itching and have small bumps on my arms.....I seen a small bed bug on the pillow I was lying my head on and I definitely do not feel safe here...... Never again will I ever book a stay here...one of the cleaning crew was cleaning outside my door and I begin to feel itchy.... the lamps are old as dirt.....I did not have a phone in my room.....the fire alarm is not even on......I have no blow dryer in the bathroom.... the TV was plugged in so I tried to turn the TV on and it did not turn on......there is tissue wrapped around a light bulb ......I wonder why? I did not smell cigarette smoke in the bathroom not until I went to take a shower..... I do not feel safe here at all...when I asked for my receipt after I paided 160 for over night the guy refused to give me my receipt so when I came out later on that night there were two different staff and I asked for my receipt and was given it and it said I was suppose to pay 103 dollars so why this morning he told me to give 160 dollars...and then the credit card scanner did not work so I had to use the atm which cost 12 dollars to withdrawal money..... and the bathroom door does not have a lock on it and it can not shut all the way... the time is 11:07pm when I wrote this and I called the cops at 9:56pm and they are still not here... it's weird that they are taking so long to get here..... and my peep hole has cracks in it....

Like the previous posts, cockroaches and floor not vacuumed. Cheap $80 rate but I will not stay here again. With the previous bad reviews, the management has not cleaned of roaches and other insects? Just saying sorry is not good enough. Also, not breakfast as was advertised...sign said not in service due to Covid (long time over with).

The rooms are sub par, kind of dirty and gross. There are smoking rooms which I rarely find, if you need that (we didn’t). I always worry that hotels that allow smoking anywhere inside will smell throughout and the nonsmoking rooms did not smell bad at all. The room itself is just old and outdated but I understand that you get what you pay for… that being said hopefully you don’t want to watch tv as it doesn’t stay on (see video).

The reason we stayed: concerts at xfinity. We parked and walked past people we were behind getting off the highway. After the concert being able to walk past the lines of people to just get to a room is amazing, and the best thing this hotel has to offer.

This place is disgusting!! We found multiple cockroaches!!! When going to the front desk, they were rude and not helpful!!! This place need to be closed down immediately!!! I wouldnt book this place for my worst enemy!!! The sheets were stained and the pillow covers had brown stains!! If you want to sleep in unchanged sheets and have cockroaches crawl on you in your sleep then stay here! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Go to the capital hotel it’s clean and no bugs and friendly staff!!! I left and went here at 2 am they were great
